Description of Work: Mr. Berry replaced a kitchen faucet, repaired and replaced a tub spout, caulked some areas in the bathroom, and repaired some brickwork, He was extremely proficient, professional, and timely. He returned calls, and then let us know when he was running a bit late. Would recommend him and hire him again without any reservations.

 + -1 morePurchased a new thermostat from Home Depot and wanted it installed. Home Depot provided the names of several installers. Kaleb was quick to find time to do this job for me. He and his assistant were very polite and professional. I like that Kaleb took time to explain the process to this woman while his assistant also took time to explain the programming. I am very thankful to both and would certainly recommend Kaleb to all. Will look forward to doing business with Berry Skilled Maintenance in the future.
