Description of Work: They did great. First time in 25 years I had cockroaches coming around my house. They informed me they were outside cockroaches looking for water. He sprayed and I haven't had problems since. Very happy.

Description of Work: Bell Pest Control is great for ants, spiders, etc. However, be aware that for rodents, their service is very minimal - they put poison in the attic and back yard, but do not investigate or control places of entry into the house or do anything to check the attic. They do not use traps, so if the rodent dies in the walls or attic of the house, you have to deal with the smell.

Description of Work: Called to get a price for a one time pest control, outside my home, service. They refused to give me a price and will only do business if you sign up in ADVANCE for not only the initial service but periodic follow up services for a full year commitment. This may be common for pest control services as this was the case with at least 4 or 5 services I called. And I was prepared to pay any fair price, without attempting to negotiate. It is absurd that Bell or the others would expect a client to PRE-PAY for a year's worth of service before any service is done. Common sense dictates that if the customer is pleased with the initial service they would engage that service for follow up work required to keep pests "in check". So, this is a dishonest pressure tactic to lock a customer in ( maybe cancellation fees as I experienced with Mission pest control of $ 100.00 --but they were, in fairness, very prompt with my refund of $ 260.00 for the balance ) ...Bell's refusal to even quote a price for a one-time service is again, unreasonable , and really a transparent ploy to lock in a customer for the predictability and guaranty of THEIR cash flow. So Bell is culpable in a poor or dishonest business practice along with other services that seem to employ similar approaches

Description of Work: I have had Bell Pest service my property on and off for at least 15 years. They have taken care of ants, rodents, spiders, and cobwebs in a very prompt, reliable and professional manner. Service is once a month on a scheduled basis, but they will come out any time I call them with a problem. Martin, in particular, is the best technician I have had take care of my place. I am on two acres and have many pest issues. Recently Mike and Myles came out to deal with mice in the attic and under the house. They were great to work with and were very respectful of locking my gate after themselves and not letting out my 3 dogs! I will and have recommended this company to many friends in this area of Elk Grove and Sacramento.
