We have used this company for 9 yrs. (shame on us). We have been unhappy with them from the beginning, but haven't had a lot of companies in the Sac/Elk Grove area until recently. They empty the filter debris in our yard/tan bark/patio, etc... even after being asked numerous times to bring a bucket. The problem is this company has a constant turn over,(maybe because the owner is rude??). Therefore, we continually have a new service person. Who doesn't seem to be trained very well. Because we are always complaining about the same things. Today our pool bottom is turning green. That's why I finally decided to join Angie's list & get some other recommendations!!

Basically, the representative looked at my pool and determined that it would cost an additional $400.00 to bring the pool to a "maintenance level", and that I should contact them if I was interested, and they did nothing more to my pool. I added 4 gallons of chlorine and backwashed the filter, and the pool looks fine. Additionally, All Clear sent me a bill for $27.50 for their "service".

They do a great job keeping the water in my pool at the proper PH levels. They show up when they are supposed too and I don t have to worry about the job not being done. I would recommend them.

I don t really recommend this company because I don t feel like they are too concerned with their customers. They come and do the job and that s it. The service they provide when they come to your house isn't nearly as bad as when you go to the actual retail store and try to get service for your pool there. They are very rude and have no sense of anything that they are selling.

WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THE POOL, THEY OBVIOUSLY HADN'T BEEN MAINTAINED IN QUITE A WHILE. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME AND REMOVED ALL OF THE ALGAE. THEY ALSO COME OUT WEEKLY TO MAINTAIN THE CHEMICALS AND CLEAN OUT THE POOL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY ARE PRETTY SLOW TO RESPOND TO REQUEST. THEY HAVE A STEADY STREAM OF NEW HIRES WHO ALL SEEM TO DO A POOR JOB. WE WOULD LIKE TO FIND A BETTER POOL SERVICE COMPANY.
