1 Adam 12 Garage Door Service

We noticed that our garage door would immediately reopen just after closing. There was nothing blocking the sensors or the door. I called National Garage Door (the company who installed it a year ago) and they said that it was definitely the spring that would need to be adjusted and that there would need to be a service call and 1 hour of labor costing us $95. I though surely it was more simple than that. So, we called Adam for a second opinion. I explained that the down limit of the door was probably off and that it was a simple push-button adjustment on the console. He said that it certainly wasn't service-call worthy and that we should definitely try adjusting it ourselves.Sure enough, 3 minutes later we had a properly working garage door. Although no work was performed by Adam, should we have issues in the future, he will certainly be the first person we contact. Thank you for your help today!

As agreed, 1 Adam 12 Emergency Garage reported 3 hours after I called. Repairs were done quickly, door was adjusted and lubricated. Probably operates better than before ! This owner/operator knows his stuff and is very fair ! Would not hesitate to call him again for repairs, adjustments, or installation of a new door.

I thought I would need a total replacement of my garage door opener and based on what I told Adam he thought so too. When he arrived at my house I produced the paperwork on my opener and we realized it wasn't as old as originally thought. Upon further examination Adam knew it was the gear and he even described what we would find when he opened the gear box. He was right, he replaced the gear and I was back in business. He gave the opener a safety check and made adjustments as needed. He explained how to keep it in good condition and the job was complete. I was impressed with his expertise and fairness in price.

Due to a broken spring I was unable to open my garage door manually. Adam answered my emergency call after hours, volunteered to come out the next morning due to my tight time frame and completed the work within the promised half hour. He showed up on time, knew exactly what to do and was professional.

We could not get the door to go down. He noticed the problem, fixed it and it worked. The price was reasonable. He was good and did a nice job. I would recommend him.

Adam arrived at my home within 45 minutes of my phone call. He was prompt, personable, and professional. He quoted the price before coming out for the call and he did just the needed work without trying to sell us anything else.
