The price was really good but the quality wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. I wished I would have known that they wouldn't have done a good as job at following up. I had a couple of complaints and they kind of blew me off. They were nice, they were prompt, and I thought they did a good job, what I didn't like is the gutter still dripped all over the place. I just didn't feel like they did that great of a job of installing it because the gutters dripped all over the place. They dripped on the seams and they dripped on the corners. They were recommended by a person I know.

He scheduled to meet us at our rental properties for an estimate at 2:00 the next day as he would be finishing a project less than 2 miles from our location. He never showed up or called. We waited until 4:00 before we left. If this is the kind of service he provides I don't know why anyone would use him.

Contacted Pat by e-mail. He got back to me right away. Made arrangements for him to fix the gutters before the rains. He fixed the gutter at the rental first, a week or so later fixed the gutter at our home. He made some recommadations how we could extend our gutter life. Pat tolded me what product to get and how to fix the problem. I felt very comfortable with Pat and when needed will have him back.

This contractor was used previously by my dad, and I tried to research him on Angie?s List and Yelp, but I only found one review total. I noticed that the homeowner across the street from me was getting estimates from several different contractors for gutters, so I told myself that I would let him do all the work and then see who he hires. I was very pleased when I saw that Nardi Construction got the job and asked Pat Nardi for a proposal for my house. He came right over and looked at my house, made recommendations and called me back that night with a price. I was expecting to pay much more than proposed, so I accepted immediately! He ordered the supplies and installed later on that week on a Saturday, which worked out great for me. My house looks so nice with the new gutters. Pat made great recommendations, offers a three year guarantee and explained everything there was to explain about the new gutters. Plus, he's a really nice guy! Give him a call!
