Includes: Property Grounds, Exterior Surfaces, Foundation and Crawlspace, Interior Surfaces, Kitchen (includes appliances except fridge), Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Fireplace and Chimney, Roof & Materials, Laundry, Attic, Garage and Safety Issues. Rpt provided by email 24-48 hrs. Hard copy in a 3-ring binder with additional materials and a Home Maintenance/Repair book delivered or mailed. Questions during and after the inspections are welcomed.
Estimates of fees for issues found - referalls to appropriate professionals are provided within the report.
Repairs - It is not legal for a home inspector to estimate or perform work on a house they inspected until 12 months have passed.
