Description of Work: Told Patrick Brannick that my 2 main concerns were feathering out all the (old) raised paint areas - make it look like new; and wanted all the newly installed (expensive) windows to be protected. On a lot of the wood areas - trim around windows and doors, his painters brought those areas down to bare wood. They put plastic sheeting over all the windows. They used 1 coat of primer and 2 finish coats. They used Benjamin Moore paint. The job took 8 1/2 days I was very pleased with the finished product.

Description of Work: I hired Brannick and Associates in 2007 to paint the exterior of my house. Patrick Brannick the owner personally came by to talk with me about the job and select paint colors. He and his team showed up when scheduled and performed the job in the time he told me it would take. The price was a little higher than the other contractor I contacted, but it was well worth the price. There was one part of the trim painted not as well as I would have liked and Patrick made sure it was done right before the job was complete. At the time I was having windows replaced so I needed to wait to have the exterior window trim painted after the main part of the job was complete. As soon as I notified Patrick, he came out and finished the trim. It has been over 5 years and I am still pleased with the results.

Description of Work: We hired Patrick to stain our house, as the raw redwood and shingles were showing the effects of time. Patrick's crew powerwashed the entire house and applied stain to the bare wood. He also had his crew paint the back of the house (with paint -- the redwood part is a 1970 edition to a painted 1950 ranch house) and my wife and I are very satisfied. We have an extensive deck and a redwood stairway that the crew also stained. Our second deck needed a coat of waterproofing, so the crew applied a coat of primer and specialized waterproofing sealer. He told us to create a list of anything that we found needing a touch-up; we haven't found anything yet. Good job. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Third, but not final job in 12 months for Patrick and his crew. I have completed the interior aspect of my home and the results are nothing short of transformative. Patrick has provided me a free color consultation each time, and has truly gone "above and beyond" with each job. His crew is always punctual, courteous, and respectful of my home. They work precisely, expertly and quickly. This particular project was the painting of my bedrooms, which required extensive plaster repair work of the ceilings and mold remediation in one of my closets. I had elected to use 2 different colors of gray in the master bedroom, but decided after the fact that I preferred just one color. Per usual, a simple message to Patrick was answered promptly with "no problem, we'll do a color change on Wednesday". It really used to be that cost was the primary driver in my home improvement decisions, but I don't know what value you can place on superior quality, outstanding customer service, and results that the adjective "transformative" aptly describes. I have had relatively small jobs, although Patrick treats me like I am his most important customer every time. I don't call him "The Paint Whisperer" for nothing. Give yourself the gift that will keep on giving...... You deserve to have the best. The best is Brannick and Associates.

Description of Work: Patrick had a painter come over and do some touch up work on our stairs. We were disappointed with the work from a previous contractor and Patrick came in and described a solution that would make our stairs look like we wanted them to in the first place. The painter came over as advertised and did the work as advertised. We were very happy with the outcome and now our stairs look great. His guy did touch up on the risers and re-painted the caulk moulding in the gaps on the sides of the stairs along the walls. Looks great and we are very happy.
