Patrick and his team were fantastic. We live in an old house that has had years and years of poor painting neglect. His team has restored our home and its 100 year old plaster walls look brand new. The crew was fast, courteous and true experts in their craft. They don't cut corners whatsoever and everything was completed to a very high standard. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Highly recommend.

Patrick and his crew are highly skilled and professional. We have used other painters that we have been pleased with, in the past, and Patrick Brannick's work was excellent. The crew was friendly, respectful, skilled, and efficient; they always cleaned up after themselves, and left the house as they found it. His estimates were very competitive and very close to the final cost of the work. As the job progressed, there was other work that we added, and Patrick was both accommodating and flexible. At certain points we requested that things be done somewhat differently, and Patrick was excellent on communicating with us, and making sure we were satisfied with the results. I would recommend Patrick Brannick and his crew without any reservations, and we will be sure to hire him again.

It worked out well. Overall, they did a great job. The price started out very well, but there were changes that brought the price up. I think if I had asked the right question, it wouldn't have been such a surprise. Now when I check their price against others that bid higher, the price was about the same.

They said they would finish up on Saturday, but they finished up on Monday. So that was kind of disappointing that they said one thing and didn't stick to it. Otherwise they were very very good. It isn't the nicest place to work in the garage it is either too hot or too cold. He knows what he is doing. They use good paint. I'm very fussy and I used them a second time after having the exterior done because the team is professional and they do a very good job.

The entire experience went well and our neighbor also had her home painted by Mr. Brannick's crew company. Our experience took longer than expected because of several vacations we had planned. The crew was punctual, polite and professional.

Mr. Brannick and Associates Painting Services are a combination of owner and team of highly trained professionally qualified individuals. The work ethic of the team is seamless, generating a well honed product.. The scope of work included all necessary preparation work, scraping, sanding, pressure washing, caulking seams and priming my property. The team always arrived on time each day, applied consistency to detail tasks, worked a full day and left my property clean daily. Patrick was on site every day, at least twice per day, if not more and maintained open communication via phone and email. Due to his proficiency with the trades, during his initial inspection, he pointed out damages to my roof I was unaware of (not caused by he or his crew). I contacted the original roof company to address damages which were repaired. The efficiency of the team of painters and their skills rendered my home with outstanding "House Beautiful" final results, including a fresh new color to my front door, which along with my home looks strikingly brand new.

Patrick is one of those individuals who will easily become your "go to guy." From beginning to end -- and after -- he was the ultimate professional and brought his significant experience to help us with our choices. At the initial estimate, he had thoughts on various creative choices, how to emphasize architectural high points of the home, what types of color combinations would work, and more. We went back-and-forth (internally) over a long period of time with color, and he was always helpful, patient, and willing to swing by with chips or color samples so we could check out the choices. He helped us reach the right choice on our stain color, where we had a tougher time deciding, and his recommendations were spot on. And after the job, he was still responsive and promptly took care of final touch-up requests. Then, with the second job, we decided at the last minute before getting a piece of new furniture that we should paint a downstairs unit. With literally just a few days notice, he came out, got us an estimate and contract, and had the job done. I'm always on the lookout for service providers that will inspire trust and loyalty so that the next time I have a project, I can save myself the time of re-researching and go with the known quantity. Patrick is that kind of contractor.

Patrick and his team did a great job with my old house. They were quick, neat, and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

The quality of service was fine, but their professionalism was lacking. I made sure they knew where we were, and they ended up being 25 minutes late, so it was 2 painters and 25 minutes later, that was half an hour worth of time. The foreman who was the owner said he would come and give me a quote for painting the rest, but he didn't, and then he told me he never recalled having talked to me about that. They said they they wouldn't be done with my job in the allotment of time, so I said I would pay them to stay longer, and they painted half of one room, and then they left. I don't know if they left at the time or not, because I had taken the day off, but at that point I had to go pick up a sick child and take him to a doctor. I don't know if they left as soon as I left the door, or if they stayed longer. I would have told them to paint the ceiling, I can do everything else, but just two walls is not acceptable. I know when I got there at 4:45 they were already gone. I live about 40 minutes from San Francisco and they said they service the entire county, so when I called, they asked where I live and when I told them, they said they could go out that far, and that was okay. That is annoying. Clearly I was frustrated. They honored the big deal price and I paid extra per hour. Their quality of work was great.

Arrived promptly and was very professional. I bought the paint ahead of time, and he got straight to work.

the day.Mr. Brannick was very pleasant even when I was slow making up my mind about colors, what to paint, etc. I never felt pressured to make a final decision. Once the painting started, everything went very smoothly. The painters were on time, pleasant, efficient, adequately protected floor, windows, etc., and cleaned up and left everyday as planned at 4 pm. The quality of their work was excellent. Mr. Brannick frequently checked in to monitor the progress of the work. However, when I saw the painted walls in the evening after they had finished applying the final coat, I realized that the color was darker than I imagined it would be. The next morning I told Patrick about my reaction to the paint and he immediately helped me find a lighter color. Even though he had expected to have just 2 painters to finish the job, he immediately called in 2 more workers so that the repainting could be finished by the end of the day as planned. I love the new color. The total charge for the repainting of the walls and materials was $600.00 (which I felt was very reasonable given the last minute changes.)

The Brannick team provided terrific services - timely responses in terms of scheduling appointments and completing estimates, they finished the work on time, and the quality of work is A+... all for a very reasonable price. Also a super friendly and attentive crew to work with. I would highly recommend Brannick and Associates for painting services.

I am fully satisfied with the quality of the work and value for the price. I chose this company because the owner, Patrick, was by far the most knowledgeable and most communicative of the 3 company owners that I talked with, and his quote was at a comparable or lower price. Patrick did the work on time (taking less than a week and a half), on budget, and with the valuable recommendations for paint types and colors. He continued to communicate efficiently with me by phone and email during the project. The workers were very clean and conscientious, and went above my standards for high quality and attention to details. They took care of trimming plants and moving ground cover away from the house where necessary, without causing any damage. Patrick has offered several times after receiving my final payment to come back and take care of anything that was missed, but I only found a minor spot that he quickly touched up. I will definitely use this company again.

Patrick responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. He impressed me with the amount of useful information he gave me (regardless of whether I picked him or not) of what to do and what to avoid in order to have an excellent exterior paint job. I had 6 other estimates, but I chose Patrick as he uses the best quality paint - Benjamin Moore Aura - and he primes the entire house whereas other companies only spot prime and use cheaper paint. He does not cut corners. He was able to start the job quickly and his four man crew were excellent. They prepped and painted during a heatwave with a high temperature of 95 without complaining. Jose, Antonio, Jorge and Jose left all their equipment tucked away tidily behind our fence each evening out of sight. Patrick suggested he could hire a porta potty for them which I chose to do, and so he included it in the cost. Job was done to bid regarding time and cost. All four crew worked five whole days and then just two men worked the sixth three quarter day. Patrick stressed several times that we should advise Jose if we saw anything that was not perfect or to our satisfaction. I am very, very meticulous but so are the crew! Our house was a dingy, dreary color, has southern exposure and was overdue for prepping and paint. It is now lighter and much more welcoming to come home to. Antonio kindly helped me make the final decision regarding the main color, and I am happy with it. We have had compliments on it and on our lively front door color which needed about four coats. We have picture windows and they had steely color aluminum trim and old caulking. Patrick's crew prepped the caulk and painted the aluminum white to match the trim and it looks so much better. Patrick gave us a few cans of paint to keep for touch up, and advised us to wash our home every two years to keep dirt and pollens from damaging it. I highly recommend Patrick Brannick and his skilled crew.

Patrick provided information on his business, including license, and insurance. He provided details of the work to be done and the cost of doing the job. At the end, there were no surprises and no hidden costs. On the first day, Patrick arrived with his team of workers, who were from that day forward on time, always polite and helpful, and cleaned up the site every evening. The back of the house looks wonderful and I already have had compliments from the neighbors. I would recommend Brannick and Associates Paintings Services to anyone looking to have work done on the exterior or interior of their house and I would certainly use them again.

Of the five or so painters we had come out to do estimates, he was the only one who responded promptly (the next day!) with an estimate, and he was the only one who was upfront about the extra care needed for possible lead paint on our 1920's house. He was great at communication about scheduling. They did the job exactly to bid, both in terms of cost and time. And the wall looks great - matches the other walls amazingly well. I also really appreciated the care he took in protecting our plants. Our vegetable garden was right up against the wall he was painting, and the narrow space where they had to squeeze ladders in was smack dab in the middle of my roses. They covered them all carefully with tarps, and I don't think that a single rose was damaged. I guess the true test will be if we get any more big windy rain storms, but I'm very confident that Brannick did the job right. Will definitely hire them again when we're ready to do the whole house.

Patrick was super responsive. Came out a day or two after pinging him via Angie's List. A quote was in my email box within a day or two. His prices were competitive with other contractors I met with. I went with Patrick because I got a good vibe from him. I didn't feel he was trying to sell me anything. I'm glad with my decision. His crew was prompt, hard working and considerate. The amount of prep work that went into my house was impressive. I never felt they were rushing anything and all the fine details were taken care of. In fact there were things I never noticed that Patrick quickly pointed out. The best part was that those small fixes were all covered by his original quote so no extra costs on my side. There was only one minor accident which cracked a window. Patrick immediately assessed the issue, called the glass company, ordered and paid for the replacement pane and the installation. Done. I was so impressed with his promptness and professionalism. It took them several days to get the prep done but it was well worth it. The painting itself went pretty fast and my house really does look new. At the end, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brannick & Associates and will certainly call them again the next time I have a painting job to do.

The home was brand new when we purchased it two years ago. We have been living with the builder-painted white walls since we moved in, and we finally decided it was time to add color. Patrick was very responsive and came out to see us on a Saturday in order to do an estimate. He was helpful in explaining our options, and also in explaining why we should use the high-end paint he uses instead of going with paint that my wife can get with her corporate discount. Along with the quote, Patrick provided a copy of his business license as well as a copy of his bond. Once our contract was signed, we gave him our colors, and he brought brush-outs to the house for us to see how the colors would look in the rooms under different lighting conditions. On the day the painters were to start, a crew of 4 arrived and got to work right away. They were professional, and we are happy with their work. They had to move furniture and stuff out of the way in order to paint, and when they left, they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in its place. During the initial phases of painting, Patrick did an impromptu color consultation regarding the accent walls. We took his advice, and are happy with the way things turned out. They left plenty of touch-up paint behind, and provided the specs that we would need if we ever need to order new paint. When the time comes to paint the outside of our house, I'm sure we will be calling Patrick.

The painter was very fast and did a very good job. The original appointment was for a Friday, but was cancelled on early Friday morning due to the painter's car troubles. Was rescheduled for the next day (Saturday) so it was not too big of a problem.
