Extremely well, including a scheduled follow up a week later to be certain everything was done to our satisfaction. Clearly our best painting experience since we bought our home in 1975. Patrick had the best solution to obtain texture we desired for the stucco. We feel we received an excellent value.

Brannick & Associates is one of the best contractors we have ever used. Patrick Brannick knows paint, color & matching, and quality control, even on our 110-year-old home. His team does Outstanding prep work, which is so critical for the final job. He uses top-quality Benjamin Moore paints, and he communicates clearly about process and timeline. He held tight to the pricing estimate, which was more reasonable than a couple of other bigger pros. No kidding, this is an excellent painting contractor who I am proud to recommend.

Brannick & Associates did an amazing job sanding, power washing, priming, repairing (stucco) and painting our home. They were able to finish the job in 2 fewer days than expected. Not only did the house/doors/shutters look fantastic, the crew showed up on time, was very quiet, protected all of our landscaping, worked diligently throughout the day, and left everything spotless when they had finished. I would hire them again in a heartbeat...though something tells me this paint job is going to last for years and years.

I was so impressed with this business that I felt it important to write a review. The workmanship, professionalism, and fantastic results were over the top. I highly recommend them. I had two bedrooms painted with accent walls and was so happy with how they turned out - I was literally blown away. Also, the workers were organized, professional and kept things very clean. I am a very detailed-oriented type A person so for me to be this pleased is very unusual. You will be very happy if you decide to hire this company.

Patrick was extremely helpful with selecting the paint colors, locations of contrast colors, and addressing the areas of our house that needed extra attention before wall preparation and painting. His crew did a meticulous job all around: prompt, thorough in prep and painting, mindful of our landscaping, careful daily clean up, and job completed on time. We were very pleased with the end result and would use Brannick and Associates again with confidence.

My only complaint is that it was hard to get onto Patrick's schedule! He is very busy. But the quality of work is outstanding and the guys were very responsive and professional.

Brannick and Associates did an exceptionally high quality job: - Their crew was delightful, friendly and went out of their way to be considerate including when they finished the job on a Saturday. They consistently took their shoes off when working inside our house. - The quality and attentiveness to detail of the painting was excellent - The pricing is very reasonable given the extremely high quality of the work - Patrick, the proprietor is all about doing the right thing for the customer and giving them the highest quality and longest lasting paint job. - Brannick and Associates also paints our 6 unit condo building in SF and we have used many painters and they are by far the best combination of price and quality. The building is 100 years old and Patrick (the owner) is the first painter to offer sensible solutions for maintaining our siding which is made of old growth redwood but has not vapor barrier (plastic sheeting) behind it so it needs periodic calking and sealing. Patrick has outlined a washing (to extend the paint life) and maintenance program which is quite inexpensive and which will save us thousands of dollars. - They also maintain Liability and Worker's Compensation insurance and handle and provide this certification upon request as professionally as they do every other aspect of their service.

Patrick Brannick and his crew have just completed the painting of my house and boundary wall and the staining of the pergola. The job was really well from the first meeting to the final finish. My “new” house had not been painted for 25 years. There were cracks in the plaster and the wooden doors and windows were in bad shape. Patrick gave his professional advice on how to bring the house back, quoted me a fair price, and then he and his crew did a superb job. They have made it an easy decision for me on who to choose to paint the interior of my house later this year. After interviewing several painters in an effort to get the job done at the earliest time, I selected Patrick Brannick painters. Patrick impressed me the most when he estimated my job. He was professional, provided valuable information on the repair work and preparation for painting, was totally likable, and was priced fairly (for the East Bay). Like the other firms, he was busy and I had to wait a few months. The wait was worth it! Not only was the work done professionally and meticulously, but the crew was thoughtful, easy to have around, and cleaned up each day. Patrick brings many skills to his work. His considerable experience with both fabulous and regular homes provided me with valuable input on the colors I had selected and where they were used, technically on house protection, paint performance, repair work, and on choosing stains for different purposes. My paint job took about 2 weeks, was completed slightly ahead of the predicted time, and it was even fun on several occasions. Most of all I have a transformation in my house that I enjoy every time I arrive home. Thank you Patrick and Jose and the rest of the crew.

I gave Brannick & Associates a straight "A". I found them on Angie's list and also on my neighborhood Nextdoor blog. Patrick responded quickly top my request for a quote. While he wasn't the cheapest bid (or the highest), I think you get what you pay for and they did a top notch job, and I'm a pretty picky client! His team was on time every day and got to work immediately. They were meticulous in their work and cleaned up the workspace every night before leaving and it's obvious to me that they take pride in their work. Polite, personable, helpful, and 100% professionals. I'm thinking about painting my kitchen cabinets and would have Brannick do it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Patrick and his team performed an excellent work on time and on budget. Good communications, professionalism, attention to details prevented undesired surprises. The additional "extras" we requested and approved, were priced fairly and in line with the overall proposal. We are fully satisfied and we would hire Patrick's services again.

I can only use superlatives to describe the work of Patrick and his crew. They exceeded our expectations in pricing and workmanship. His bid was 15% less than another reputable company. Prep work, which included patching and minor wood and brick repair, was thorough and more extensive than we anticipated. Attention to detail in colors and application was outstanding. Patrick made helpful suggestions along the way. He closely supervised the work of his men, who were skilled and careful. He kept us promptly and fully informed at every step of the process. Certainly, we will employ his company again and highly recommend it.

The workmanship is always top quality and transforms the look and feel of the place. The painting staff was always courteous, on time and cleaned up the area of work nicely every day. Patrick was a joy to work with, not only was he prompt and timely with responses, he is very knowledgeable and even helped us choose a color palette. While Brannick & Associates may not be the low bid, the work is exceptional & worth every penny. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Patrick and his team had a large task ahead with our project. Years of under maintenance and patch jobs made this entire side of the building in terrible shape. Paint was chipping, holes and cracks were everywhere, the window sills were no longer sealed to the siding. His team went to work and swiftly transformed it to almost new. I can't say enough great things about the quality of their craftsmanship. The team is prompt and very professional and they just get down to work tirelessly until the project is done. They cut absolutely no corners with sanding, prepping, caulking, sealing and repairing various different surfaces, etc. This is the third project we have used Brannick and Associates for and plan to continue to use them for our future painting needs. Highest recommendation.

Amazing. My house was in horrible shape and I was terrified of another rainfall. Wood exposed everywhere. Brannick and Assoc. came in and prepped properly. They fixed all distressed areas and they were very helpful on choosing the right color. I love it and it looks as if I have a new house. Highly recommended.

The work was done while my husband and I were out of town. We did a walk-through with Patrick the day after we got back and went through a punch list of touch-up and re-do items. Based on the scope of work, the list was relatively small. We had intended to have Patrick paint our master bedroom and so we agreed to postpone the punch list work until the time for the new project. Unfortunately, we had some unanticipated expenses come up and we needed to cancel the bedroom project. Patrick agreed to send his best worker back to take care of our punch list, which was done as promised - although there were a few items on the punch list that Patrick had agreed to do that he had since decided were out of scope. The work that was completed was done meticulously. When I asked for a refund of the deposit we had placed on the bedroom project, Patrick told us it was not his policy to return deposits on signed contracts - however, there is NOTHING in the contract that says that. For a sum of less than three hundred dollars, Patrick was willing to give up good-will and future work plus any possible recommendations we would have given him. Even though we thought the quality of work was excellent, we were so disappointed in his attitude that we would not hire him again and would not recommend him to our friends.

Very good service. Very detailed prep work which is the key to the job, especially on metal doors. There was one tiny bubble that developed on the trim. They immediately responded and fixed it the next day.

These guys where great. I just needed the walls repainted and a bit of trim work. They showed up on time and worked for the time I had purchased here on Angie's list.
