Patrick did another job for us before this one. He did such a good job on our home that we wanted him to do work at this rental property. He is very professional and very easy to work with. We scheduled the work and Patrick worked around the bad weather we were having to get the job done. We then hired him to do another larger job which I will review seperately.

The work went very well Patrick has been very cooperative and has done the best job of any painter we have ever hired for exterior painting. He and an assistant did exactly what they said they would do. He arranged for a carpenter to do the wood repairs / replacements. He has done one other job for us since and is now on the third. I will report on them seperately.

I had trouble at first with the man from Brannick and Associates Painting Services because his license had expired, but he called in and took care of that. The painting was also done at our rental property at a different location. So, I never saw the results. I'm just basing this off of what the real estate agent said. There were no complaints so I am happy with it.

Patrick did the most amazing job but went above and beyond. He delivered all he promised as a skilled, conscientious and exacting painter; was always on time and did what he said he would; and took care of additional details if the need arose. We hired him as part of a renovation of an older duplex apartment unit, never expecting that, as the inevitable unforeseen problems came up, he would help us immeasurably by putting us in contact with other skilled workmen, turning potential nightmares into easily contained issues. In short, Patrick Brannick's got the goods. I really can't recommend him enough.

It went very well. The work was accomplished in a very speedy way. The painters arrived early each day and set to work right away and they finished on schedule. The quality of the work is excellent, and they used the best brand of paint, which is the one I preferred anyway. Patrick made suggestions about colors, which were very useful. And after the work was done, I asked them to come back for a tiny bit of touch-up, which they gladly did. I was very pleased.

It was a great experience. They kept us up informed at every phase of the job. Very professional, has pride in his company and job they do. I highly recommend and will definately hire again.

If you are looking for a painter in the Bay Area I ve got a good one for you. Brannick And Associates Painting Services. I have hired Pat Brannick twice now. He has painted both the interior and the exterior of our home and each time he and his crew did an excellent job for a great price. Both jobs were completed on time and within the estimate. They were courteous and careful not to damage our carpets and gardens. Best of all, Pat was fantastic at helping us to choose great colors. We ended up using his suggestions and are very pleased with the results. Give him a shot. You won t be disappointed.

They were on time, professional, had recommendations on colors, suggestions on how to approach repairs without having to pay a fortune, and finished the job within budget and timeframe quoted. They have also been incredible with other recommendations for services needed throughout house remodel including electricians, carpentry and water damage assessment and repair.
