Overall the project went very well. Exterior completed first then Patrick and crew returned for interior paint once remodel completed and again for final touch ups.

As this was part of a kitchen remodel, there were several sub-contractors/vendors involved. Far and away, Patrick and his team were the easiest, most responsive, most professional and dependable company that I had the pleasure of working with. When Patrick commits to a start time of 8:00 a.m., expect to find the painters at your door at 7:58. I had a very difficult time finding a color for my kitchen, and spent too much time and money buying & trialing paint samples. I finally chose one and conveyed to Patrick that I had selected a color, and that it was "fine". He immediately replied "It is fine? It's FINE? You don't want a color for your new kitchen that is just 'fine'. You need to LOVE the color. Let me come over, take a look, and I will find you a color that will be much better for you than 'fine' . And that is exactly what he did. I live in San Bruno, and Patrick lives in El Sobrante. Many painters prefer to confine their service area and travel, but this was never an issue for this company. Patrick matched the main paint color to the glass tile precisely and suggested that the trim match the cream cabinetry. The service of painting extended well beyond the placing of paint on a wall. The level of consultation provided to me was simply invaluable. The end result was simply beautiful. In fact, I cried. A visitor to my home remarked, "the color in your kitchen makes me feel a certain way. I know...It makes me feel...Serene." I almost cried again, because that was the exact word that I used when I was considering my remodel in the very first place. Please, if you are reading this, I can virtually guarantee that if you secure Brannick and Associates for your home, it will be an overwhelmingly positive experience. Your emails and phone calls will be answered immediately, your painters will arrive exactly as promised, the work will be pristine, your floors/windows/furniture/counters will be protected properly, and you will reflect on the results and truly feel that it was worth every penny.

Overall Excellent. I had the idea I could do the paint job myself, but once the new drawers/doors were installed, I came to my senses. I was scheduled for new hardwood floors to be installed on Monday the coming week, and hoped I could get the cabinets painted before the floor people started. I called Patrick at Brannick and Associates on Wednesday afternoon, and he came over within 2 hours to discuss the project and I had an estimate that evening. He was able to schedule two of his painters for Friday. Thursday, Patrick took one of the new drawer faces to the paint store to ensure he selected paint with a perfect color match. Two painters were assigned to the job and they started promptly at 8am on Friday and completed early Saturday afternoon. They worked steadily and efficiently the entire time, and did a great job. When Patrick came by a couple hours later, I mentioned I was hoping the flooring installers wouldn't damage the new paint job, and he volunteered to have one of the painters come by early Monday morning to hang plastic covers over the cabinets, at no charge. It's things like that that make a big difference in service excellence.

The overall experience was great. I had a minimum of stress because of the experience, workmanship and knowledge of both Patrick and his crew.

We had a fantastic experience working with Patrick. He was very prompt in responding to our inquiry for an estimate. He provided several great ideas for how we can use different shades of paint for different effects (using a step darker paint on our living room ceiling to make that large room feel a bit smaller, painting our staircase and banisters the same color as the trim instead of fully replacing the wood that didn't match with our new floors, etc.). Patrick went out of his way to color well over a dozen posters with different sample colors, so we could get an idea for what the colors would look like on our walls, and he helped us with a bit of color consulting. In the end, Patrick and his team did a fantastic job painting our house and completed the nearly 3000 sq ft home in under 2 weeks time. The house looks great. The quality was fantastic. Patrick's quote was indeed more expensive than the other quotes we received, but for the professionalism and quality that he provided, I'd be glad to pay extra again. Indeed, we already have hired Patrick for another painting project in our house since he completed painting the interior.

The work and everything else went well. Great communication. The price was right. Understood what to expect and was not disappointed. Timely and professional. Will bring these guys back for some interrior work next. Wished the Angie's list ad mentioned that I could have bought multiple certificates. Bought a certificate on the last day of the offer, should have gotten the estimate prior, so will call early next time.

The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Patrick Brannick was prompt, professional, responsive and very easy to work with throughout the project as was his crew who did an outstanding job. The added bonus of using the Angie's List coupon was a plus as well. I recommend Brannick and Associates without hesitation for all your painting needs.

This is the best painting job I have ever had! Patrick Brannick is punctual, professional, and takes great pride in his work. Patrick is a fun and nice guy...he has a very straightforward approach. Patrick went above and beyond in completing this job. He delivered all he promised as a skilled, conscientious and exacting painter. He was on time and did what he said he would and also took care of additional details as the need arose. I really can't recommend him enough. I really appreciated Patrick's obvious passion for his work as evidenced in his professionalism and thoroughness. Most importantly, I really appreciated the extra time he took sharing his knowledge of color palettes and what options I might have in selecting colors. The color he helped me select is perfect. I am so happy I took his advice. I will definitely contact Brannick and Associates next time I need painting services. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price and wants to have a positive experience with a great crew. Patrick and his team did a great job painting the interior of our home. We couldn't be happier with the results. I suspect I could have found someone cheaper, but this is our home; we weren't looking for cheap, we were looking for good...and I believe we got that! Patrick worked with us to achieve an overall budget number we were trying to hit (a couple of other projects going on at the same time) and he gave us a nice discount as Angie's list members. So, technically, there might have been a cheaper price but I think we got an oustanding value for the money - a fair price for excellent results. A couple of things we really appreciated...first off, Patrick's obvious passion for his work which was also evidenced in his professionalism and thoroughness. Secondly, we really appreciated the extra time he took sharing his knowledge of color palettes and what options we might have in our small home. We (like most homeowners) probably would have selected shades of beige and been happy. With Patricks guidance we make some bolder choices and instead of just being pleased we are thrilled with the results - a more dramatic, formal look in the living spaces and softer, intimate tones in the bedrom. I am so happy we took his advice. I will definitely contact Brannick and Associates when next we need painting services and I enthusiastically recommend that you give him a try if you are looking to have some painting done.

Patrick and his team did an excellent job, the quality of the work was very very good. They took care of all my issues, left my kitchen cleaner than I had left it , and finished the job in just one day. I would absolutely use their services again,

I need a rental property painted, looked for contractors in yellow pages then decided to join Angie's list. Found Brannick, called them for estimate. After a few other painters came out decided to use Brannick. They started the job as soon as the weather was good, let me know each day of ther progress. They found a few trouble spots which he fixed and did not charge extra. Job was done in afew days and looks great. I am very happy with Brannick. Great job, done right, on time, did extra, fair price.

Patrick was fantastic. I called him Saturday morning and he happened to be in the area, so he was at my house 5 mins after we talked. When he came, it was evident he knows his trade and provided excellent suggestions and an actionable plan. She showed his license and insruance right then without us asking for it. Although probably the price was slightly higher than another estimate I got, it was worth paying the extra money, he is a perfectionist and made a fantastic job in the baby's nursery. We provided some of the paint because we wanted to use VOC free paint and he was flexible about this. He started working on Tuesday and was done by Wednesday afternoon. He was very helpul, careful, attentive and polite. He loves dogs and our dog loved him back. I highly recommend Patrick. I will call him for other paint jobs we want do in the future.

Job was very complete. They even repaired a broken window panel and fixed the trim on the garage door (above and beyond) so that the overall appearance of the door was much improved. Several men worked on the job. Neighbors were impressed with how quickly they worked (I was at work so I didn't see them in action). Neighbors were also impressed with the job that was done. Completed a walk through with Patrick. He did some touch up work and said that if there was anything else do not be shy about asking (not too many people say that, and even less mean it but he did).

He did an outstanding job. He was the low bidder amongst 3 estimates. We used 3 different colors and he handled it very well. That is a little higher than a lot of people that want to pay for a fence. We have 2 coats of sealer and 2 of the deep cherry red because that color does weather easier.

The job went very well. Patrick gave me suggestions about adjusting the areas I had painted in the trim color (such as the garage door) and instead painting them in the base color. These were great suggestions and I 'm glad I followed them. They improved the appearance of the house. He provided me samples of the several colors to which I'd narrowed my choice and gave me feedback on those he had used on other homes. The workers arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. When all the work was done they cleaned up their things and the wood removed from the house. Patrick kept me up to date on their activities and supervised the work. He pointed out areas of dry rot the workers discovered during the prep and needed replacement. During the painting, they accidently damaged a sprinkler controller and sprinkler head. I was able to repair them but they compensated me for my trouble. While replacing a panel of wood with severe dry rot, their subcontractor put a nail through a copper water pipe. There was no noticable drip, but I could have had serious problems down the road if it weren't corrected. It was. The contractor acknowledged the accident, returned the next day, took off the wood panel, removed the nail, fixed the leak with solder and put on a new panel. The whole crew was very professional and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Patrick was on time, to the minute. His team was very maticulous. He does, what he says he will. I would hire them for another job in a second.

I will absolutely use them again. I already have a call in to them to come and do something else.

This project went GREAT, absolutely one of the best (if not THE best) experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Patrick and his crew were punctual, professional, taking great pride in their work. Patrick was a huge help in picking the right color to paint the living room and only used the best materials. They did a great job sealing off the living room from the rest of the house and keeping everything neat and clean both inside and outside. Jose, the carpenter did a great job replacing the rotted siding and window frames. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price and wants to have a positive experience with a great crew.

It went very well. Patrick and his workers had to come in an out many times to accomodate electrical, plumbing and counter top work which was being done.

Patrick and his team did such a GREAT job, my house looks like night and day fantastic!.They were very professional and neat and did a great job of prepping which is key in a good paint job... . Patrick came to do the estimate and then after they were awarded the bid, he cam and helped with color selction and was very patient during the porcess which can be a difficult one.. he brought lots of sample boards and when we were close, painted large sections on the house for better idea of color...we did this several times and he kept saying he didn't mind and it was fine and part of the process...He also gave his opinion which I valued since he has done a lot of houses and has developed a sense of color . . When the team started, they woked hard and professionally, there were lots of areas and nooks and crannies on my house, but they prepped everything very well and paid extra attention to areas that were bad... . the paint went on and the lines are very clean and well coated... . Neighbors have commented how good the house looks as well! . On top of it all , Patrick is a fun and nice guy...he has a very straight forward approach which works well for me. I would recommend him to anyone..Do not choose anyone else!

If anyone would like their house painted, no question about it- Brannick and Associates is the ONLY company we would ever use. Patrick the owner, was knowledgeable, honest, thorough and easy to work with. His crew were reliable, hard hard working, neat, and efficient. Our house needed so much prep work and wow did they do it right! Patrick is an excellent color consultant, with no pressure involved. He gave us many color samples and let us decide. We ended up going with his first suggestion! His carpenter, Jose was also an added bonus. He did excellent work- under the guidance of Patrick. In summary, Brannick and Associates is the best! They are on time, efficient, neat, professional, reasonably priced. We found Brannick and Associates on Angies list and we could not be more pleased. We now have a new house! It is such a pleasure to drive up to our home. Thank you Patrick and your crew! We already have recommended them to our parents and friends.

The work was done professionally and took 5 work days from beginning to end. Clean up was excellent each day. They also encouraged us to change how the trim was painted (body v. trim color) and the results were a substantial improvement over what he had planned. We were provided with copies of contractor license, insurance, workers comp coverage, and a formal estimate before we were asked to sign the contract. The crew worked steadily and clearly knew their trade. Mr. Brannick mentioned that they have done a good deal of work for home builders, and it is easy to see why. Can't think of anything negative to say.

Patrick made this a very good experience. He takes great pride in his work, and chooses only the best people to work for him. He's very professional, as is his crew, and he is driven to provide the best service to his customers. I was able to communicate with him either by phone, email or text during the entire project. Any questions or concerns of mine were immediately addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends, or anyone who wants the best painter around.
