+ -1 moreDenise is a wonderful sales person for this company. She really knows her stuff regarding tile. She found the glass tile and porcelain for our new shower and bathroom flooring. Plenty of good advice and color matching with grout and accessories. They stock everything they sell. Open Saturdays- nice. They were very easy to deal with in San Jose and in their Brekeley shop (where they put up with me picking up at the very close of their business day.) I have been back for more materials and will be back when we do our other bathroom.
Description of Work: Provided glass and porcelain tile.

+ -1 moreThomas Banks is a talented fellow. He met with us on numerous occasions to develop the plans for our bathroom remodel. HeAlso worked with the city of San Mateo to get plans approved and to educate us on the permit process. I would pay twice this amount to not have to deal with the city. Our inspection went as smooth as silk thanks to Tomas' plans. He is friendly and professional. He was referred to me by my dentist. He has done much remodel work on his dental office. I would use Bankstown Builders & Design again. He will probably be in for the final touches on this remodel and our next one.
