James was amazing! Efficient, friendly, knew what he was doing, even in a tough-to-get-to area that other contractors were too afraid to tackle. He even helped me cover up some patches I had done before he arrived that wasn't as good as it could be. Great to work with, honest, personable- I have found my go-to person for repairs!
