+ -1 moreRandy Price is very unrealiable. He took care of me and I was lost without him for awhile because he never explained himself. I had an emergency plumbing job and he would not pick up his phone, I talked to other people and he would pick up their calls. I am no longer using him.
Description of Work: Randy Price did plastering, painting, plumbing, and electrical. He did just about everything.

Description of Work: Installed a cat door in my bathroom. Had to return due to my error ordering the wrong cat door. Came back with no extra charge and still smiling. Will use him again, very skilled and a pleasure to work with.

+ 0 moreI RELY ON THIS MAN TO DO ALL MY WORK AROUND MY APARTMENT. HE HAS DONE WORK ON MY ROOF, AND HIS EXPERTISE IS BEYOND COMPARE. HE CHARGES 35 DOLLARS PER HOUR PLUS MATERIALS. THIS IS A VERY REASONABLE COST FOR THIS AREA.
Description of Work: THERE WAS AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE WATER HEATER, THE ANODE BAR.
