New Image Reglazing

Description of Work: Small bathroom shower/tub reglazed. Ron was a pleasure to work with. The job took place over two days and he and his staff were very professional. Invoice matched estimate.

Description of Work: I like this company, however I was disappointed in the fact that Ron said he was going to call me and let me know if the tub needed to be stripped first which was another $50. I wanted to be prepared for the cost of the work and he never called me. Also they were several hours late, but did call. Lastly, I called Ron about the bill, he never called me back until I tried him a week later. The price is good and they do a good job but I was less than impressed with their customer service. I also wanted to note that after this report was submitted, I received an angry call from Ron, who told me never to call them for work again. Everything I wrote in this report was honest, and I didn't feel that it was too negative. I had originally given a B for professionalism in the ratings, but this most recent interaction leads me to grade them down.

Description of Work: They made our old cast-iron tub look like new by removing rust and stains, then followed by re-glazing.
