Description of Work: We have a 7 year old 2 story house that has termites. Roger came out and did a thorough inspection. We were fortunate that there was no damage and he even said that we could actually wait until the 1st if the year! I was very impressed by his professionalism and the mere fact that he said we could wait until January was confidence building. This company subs out the tenting portion and that company was also very professional and efficient. Al & Sons did some additional clean up work in the crawl space to prevent termites from getting into scrap pieces of wood left during our construction. I knew that Roger was telling me the truth because my wife's uncle is a termite guy in NorCal so everything that Roger said was vetted by him. I would highly recommend Al & Sons! We have also signed up for the annual inspection and maintenance plan!

 + -1 moreThe technician was friendly and professional as was the office staff with whom I made the appointment. The price seemed fair. We had a little trouble getting our timing right so the job had to be completed on two separate dates. Other than that, I am pleased with their service and will use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreWe have been using Al and Sons Pest Control for approximately 20 years. They show up when promised and are very knowledgeable. The same guys have been working there since I started using them. I would not hesitate to recommend them for treating and eliminating termites.

 + -1 moreI have a yearly contract with Al and Sons Termite and Pest Control and I have been using them for the past 10 years. They are excellent, I like them a lot. They are very helpful, the crew is very nice and they are respectable of my house.

 + -1 moreThey come out annually to check out things. They got rid of rats in the attic about a year ago. They are very helpful and I would rate them highly. They come out and check on things if you pay them for an annual contract, and if there is something, they treat it with no charge. We live in a termite area.

 + -1 moreThey are always good. I have never had any type of problem with them at all. The workers are kindest people you can meet. Every since I had them come out, I have had no more termites and they came back out to check up on the traps to see if I had anything else. They really are a good company and I like how responsive they are.

 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY SEEMS OK. I WOULD NOT LET THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME BACK HERE BACK IN OUR HOUSE. IF I WERE TO USE THEM AGAIN, I WOULD INSIST ON A DIFFERENT TECHNICIAN. HE WAS RUDE AS HELL. HE WAS IMPATIENT, DEMANDING, INCONSIDERATE, AND DEMEANING.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A FLEA PROBLEM WITH OUR PETS SO THEY SPRAY THE FRONT, BACK, AND INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. THEY SPRAY ALL AROUND THE HOUSE.
