+ -1 moreLee was very friendly and spent a lot of time explaining the work he would do in each area. His quote was detailed, and when he ran into more damaged boards during the sanding, he called to explain the extra cost and even did some for free. He has a fairly heavy accent, but my advice is to just say yes to everything even if you don't understand. He cared more about making the floors look perfect than we did! We were very happy with the work, and we felt that Lee went out of his way to really do a great job.
Description of Work: We bought a house built in 1925, which had original oak hardwood floors that were in terrible shape. Boards were damaged and needed to be replaced, and the finish was dried out and just an overall mess. The wood was thin and seemed fragile, so instead of attempting to do it ourselves, we called Lee. He sanded the floor, replaced damaged boards, filled holes and put on three coats of polyurethane in 4 days.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE JUST FINE. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED AND HOPED FOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. THERE'S NOTHING ABOUT THEM THAT I DID NOT LIKE. THEY DID GOOD WORK.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ADJUSTED TO MY SCHEDULE, AND SENT WORKERS WHO WERE FAST, AND FRIENDLY. THE JOB WAS ALWAYS LEFT TIDY, AND THEY FINISHED ON TIME.
