Description of Work: This handyman / contractor hired other workers who ended up doing some of the worst work I have ever seen in my life. I was in a major renovation and the shoddy work I uncovered afterwards required me to bring in a whole new team to fix the repairs. I am still finding problems to this very day. I put this review on in case anyone ever checks for references for this person - JESUS MOLYNA (sometimes he spells it MOLINA). I discovered that he was demanding a kick-back of additional money from sub-contractors that were brought in - and he did it BEFORE they gave me their estimate. That way, he could build it into their bid to me and he would also get paid. Then he would tell me it was a great bid. Several times I rejected the bid that was offered because it was too high. But suddenly, the bid would be adjusted. I learned later that he took the difference out of the sub-contractors fee. Incredibly dishonest and tries to portray himself as honorable and competent. He is neither. Very soft spoken and polite - which turned out to be a misleading portrayal of his true character. Hopefully anyone considering this man's work will read this beforehand. DO NOT HIRE THIS Handyman / Contractor!
