 + -1 moreArranged for an in-home visit. The sales person arrived on time. After listening to our needs, he explained he could not provide an estimate until the window replacement has been completed. He recommended wireless sensors which I did not like. When asked about their monitoring facility, he said "we've been in business long enough. You don't need to worry about it." I was really put off by his "just trust me" attitude. I will not ask him back to provide estimate after the windows' been replaced.
Description of Work: Our alarm system no longer works. We are also replacing all the windows. We need an estimate for the installation of the new alarm system and rewire of the hard wired sensors, and to provide monitoring.

 + -1 moreTHE WORKERS CAME IN ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. THE INSTALLATION WAS FREE AND THEY ARE VERY CHEAP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ERS. SO, FAR THE ALARM SYSTEM HAS NOT FAILED AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. WE PAY 30 DOLLARS FOR 5 MONTHS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED THE ALARM SYSTEM IN OUR HOUSE FOR FREE AND TAUGHT US HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM.

 + -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE IS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS NAME IS MICHAEL. WHEN I NEED ANYTHING OR NEED AN ANSWER, HE CALLS ME BACK RIGHT AWAY.
Description of Work: ($75/QTRLY) INSTALLED THE SECURITY SYSTEM FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE. IT INCLUDES MOTION SENSOR AND PANIC BUTTONS.
