We only had a couple termite spots and they wanted to fumigate the whole house. I guess that is their procedure. I was able to spend $425 somewhere else instead of $2400. They were professional and nice. I would not use them in the future.

Work was completed in one day and they accomplished everything that was in the contract.

We contacted this company to get an estimate for treatment of termite infestation after finding evidence of subterranean termites in one window. The technician, Josh, came to do the inspection right on time and did a very thorough job. He explained everything very clearly and was very professional. I did feel like they would have done a great job with the treatment. However, we did end up going with another company because they were slightly less expensive and offered a better warranty on the work.

IO can't say enough good things about this company. My wife just love Raphael. He was very above board and honest. Everything went like clockwork and we were back hin our home early as promised. From beginning to end it was a great experience.

Fine, we had a worker here, Jesse, who was an ethical man and was extremely thorough.

They came out and gave us an estimate. Nathan was very detailed and showed us exactly where they were and even what kind they were. He spend a lot of time checking the entire place. We could tell he had a lot of experience with doing this. We had 2 others come out and give us estimates but, we liked these guys the best because ,they were the most detailed. They sent us instructions on how to prepare for the 2 1/2 day evacuation and provided us with all the bags to wrap up food in. The day of the job, they were on time and when they were finished, we were happy that we could return earlier than expected. They were very careful opening windows and cabinets as well. They really live up to their name!

Since my home is considered a condo- I share one wall with my neighbor, we both had to have our homes treated at the same time. We both got proposals from another provider and after reading the combing through Angie's List for recommendations, this company had the best overall rating AND customer experience. I contacted them for a service call for both of our properties and they came out two days later, were prompt and very professional. They spent roughly four hours inspecting the interior and exterior of our homes and were very thorough and explained what was being done as well as provided evidence of the damage. Additionally, they offered to treat the wood fence that runs along our property at no additional cost provided we obtained written authorization from neighbors whose yards the fence bordered on. They contacted the Gas company to turn off service before the tenting and a return visit to turn the service back on after the treatment was completed. In all, I was very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and service and would definitely recommend them.

I spent $850 for yearlong contract. They were very professional. I liked them because I had other people come out and look but they were the ones who identified the most possible entrances where the rats could be coming in, which I thought was great. I like that they had a yearlong contract where they will come back for free any time in the year if you hear a rat to make sure that there is no access or to remove any rats that are up there.

There price was great. They are professional and overall great.

We haven't used their services yet, but they were very responsive and very thorough in the inspection.

Nathan came to the house to quote the job and did a very thorough job locating any entrances. I had 3 quotes for this job and none of the other companies that came on-site were able to identify all of the entrances Already A Better Choice found and covered. In addition, other companies only closed entrances by using mesh. Already A Better Choice covers the entrance with the same material of the surrounding area. In areas where the roofs meet they used wood and calked around it to ensure a long-term solution. Also, one of the doors to the crawl space was in bad shape so they made a new mesh door for it. AWESOME!! In total, they used concrete, mesh, wood, and caulking. I currently have 2 traps in the attic and a few in the crawl space.

The job has went very well to date. They came back several days later and removed the traps with dead rats on them. I will continue to use them since they provided a one year warranty.

I've had a rat problem in my attic for 10 years, and I live in an old Spanish house with a lot of mature foliage around it. I had called several companies to bid on permanently getting rid of the rats, and each one had come and taken one look at the vines on the house and the overgrown trees, and the old spanish tile roof, and said "No Way - Impossible". Then I called Already A Better Choice. He came, looked around, and said he was confident he and his brother could do it. And they gave me a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE! True to his word, they came and found several tiny access points in the roof, and patched them all up. They then set several large traps, and came immediately whenever I thought I heard them go off. Repeatedly looked for more access points. After a couple weeks, the pitter-patter of little rat feet running around in my attic was GONE. It has been several months now, and i hear NOTHING. This is the first time in 10 years I've been rat-free! This is a family-owned business, and these guys are the nicest, most professional people I've ever worked with. They never give up, and gave me a year's guarantee when no one else would even try. They WILL get rid of your pests!!! Highly recommended!!

I was happy with their service. The original inspector was very prompt and informative. The price was fair. I plan to use them again in the future.

I found them on Angie’s List. I am very pleased with them. They are a little pricey, but their service is very good. So, that’s the only negative I have against them. I wanted it to be a little less. It’s a one-year contract. I spent about $500 for their services, but there is a one-year guarantee. They did a very thorough and complete job. They did it in a timely manner. They identified a lot of entry ways that I wouldn’t have even thought about. They were good. When I had any questions, they were very good about explaining. They were very professional. There were a number of good recommendations on Angie’s List. There were other choices too that were less expensive, but I preferred to have something done right the first time. So, I can call them if I have any other issue and they will come out to fix that. That’s included and there is no additional cost to me. They came back for one little thing right afterwards. They were on time and very prompt. It seemed like I didn’t have to wait all day for them.

tt all went quickly and well. The appointment was set for our convenience,and the workers were there promptly. They cleaned up after themselves, and followed up on the inspection as promised.

We've used Already A Better Choice Pest Control on multiple occasions -- for a rat and ant problem in our previous home, and for a termite inspection in our current home. Nathan is very professional, conscientious, and nice to work with. For the rat problem, it took multiple trips to close up all of the holes (we had a pretty major infestation and it was easy to miss the teeny tiny openings). Nathan stands by his work, and kept at it until the rats were gone.

It was obvious we had rats in our garage, and we suspected they were also in our attic. Nathan came out to assess the situation and found 11 visible entryways where rats could access these areas. He took a photo on his cell phone of areas along the eves of our roof where the roofing hadn't been completely closed off, allowing rats and/or mice access to our attic. The access points were sealed off with a cement material and in some cases wire netting that was stapled from the inside to the wood eves. A pipe that encased our a/c piping, which went from the ground into the attic, was sealed off at the ground level and at the attic level. Two wind turbans on the roof that allowed access to the attic because small areas were chewed into to allow for entry were sealed with wire netting. The attic was inspected and two traps were set. Rodent activity didn't appear to be extreme in the attic, but they discovered on their second visit that there was a crawlspace over our front door entryway where rats had been nesting. This was discovered when we smelled a dead rat and Nathan found it in an upper cupboard in the garage that had a small hole leading to that crawlspace. They also sealed off a doorway access along with sealing off an area where rats had previously nested under a cupboard where the water heater was located. A heavy duty vacuum was used to clean out the nesting area along with any visible feces. At the second visit Nathan moved a heavy filing cabinet and found more rat feces behind it, and that was also cleaned out. One trap had been set up in the garage, however to date there haven't been any rats trapped in it. The two traps that are in our attic haven't been checked since their second visit to our house, which was 2 weeks ago. My only complaint is that they haven't followed up to pick up the traps, which I'm assuming we no longer need. We did hear something in the wall recently, so I will be calling them back out to double check; however there aren't any visible signs of rats in the garage so I'm assuming that problem is solved. I like that they give a full one year warranty and will come out as many times as is needed and fix or repair whatever is necessary at no additional cost. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and reliable, and we would definitely use them again if necessary and would highly recommend their services.

I contacted three companies via Angieslist for an estimate on termite/dry rot damage to our home. Already A Better Choice Termite & Pest Control Inc (Nathan) came out to do a home inspection and spent an extensive time crawling all over the house and did a very thorough job. Once he was done, he gave us a verbal report and promised to send us a hard copy as well. The report received was very thorough and split out what needs to get done vs what we should get done. I would definitely contact this company is you are looking for a fair cost to get your termite repair work completed.

I knew I had termites. Called two companies. Chose Already Better Choice because their office was very close to my home and the price was better. I think they were very busy because I had only a small bit of confusion setting up the dates, but once that was established, all went well. They were efficient in providing me with the preparation materials and instructions. They answered my questions thoroughly. When I returned to my home, there was nothing out of place and was as I left it. I had a small problem getting my keys back, but I think they were very busy and we just had a time conflict on finding time when we were both available. They apologized profusely for the delay.

When I first found them, they didn't have workers comp. They were very willing to get the coverage and provide me with the certificate for proof. Nathan found that an access point to my home had been left open by another contractor there was possible evidence of vermin having been in the crawl space. He volunteered to provide some traps and go the extra step to make sure that I didn't have more trouble. There ended up not being any vermin but I appreciated the extra effort. They were very thorough. They know their line of business and will explain why some treatments are better than others. I will continue to use them because I have had such good results. They are very good people and follow through on their work.

I thought the sales representative was a very nice young man. He presented very well and seemed to know what he was talking about.

We have used this company several times -- first for a rat problem and yesterday to fumigate a car which had been infested with mites. Everyone that we have dealt with at this company has been top notch. Accommodating, punctual, pleasant, honest, I really like these guys. I learned from Joshua, one of the sons, that this is a family business. We are going to use them next on a termite problem -- they may be slightly more expensive then the larger pest control companies but well worth it.
