We were very pleased with there work and have not had a problem since they left.

I knew Josh from coming out to bid a rat removal job I had. He was very communicative and seemed honest with integrity. There was a stench in our house and we guessed there was a dead animal in our crawl space. Josh crawled under and confirmed with pictures there was a dead possum. He gave me a bid that was very reasonable and took care of the animal within 10 minutes. Josh was very easy to work with and it seemed like there was no job too small for him. I also liked that he was very willing to educate customers.

I called Already a Better Choice for an inspection to compare to an inspection report that I had received from another company. As it turned out, the inspector from Already a Better Choice went right to the problem and pointed out the evidence of termites that he found. What he did NOT do was over-embelish the problem and prescribe treatment over and above what was needed, as did the original company. When the technicians from Already a Better Choice did the treatment, they were very thorough, careful, and conscientous. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I will certainly be using Already a Better Choice going forward.

It went well. The company called the Gas Company and arranged for the shutoff of the gas and the reestablishment of the services at the completion of the services

Inspection was very thorough and options explained in detail. An error on inspection results diagram was corrected quickly before work was begun. Service was performed as promised; holes drilled in walls were virtually invisible following patching and touch-up paint. Workers were prompt and work was completed quickly.

Frank's team of himself, Antonio and Jesus, were outstanding in treating the subterranean termites. They moved a lot of cabinets and equipment to get access to infected areas, drilled every few feet into the slab, pressure injected the insecticide, sealed and patched the access holes and returned all the equipment. The tenting was extremely effective in treating all the known areas of above ground termites. We are very pleased and fully recommend "Already A Better Choice Termite & Pest Control."

The fumigation was scheduled for an earlier date, but was rescheduled since we didn't receive the bags in time. When we eventually got the bags there weren't enough, but the fumigator provided additional bags. The fumigation workers were friendly and seemed very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the tenting of our 2-3 story house in a couple of hours. They returned early in the AM two days later to remove all their equipment. They were concerned about leaving our keys in the mailbox, but we arrived just as they were ready to leave. There was a slight smell in a couple of rooms and that night our eyes burned a little, but Josh later explained that the poisonous gas they use doesn't cause those symptoms. Apparently they also add something like tear gas during the fumigation, so maybe it was a little residual of that? In any case it was gone the next morning. We requested that AABC spray the attic to minimize re-infestation, so Josh and a helper returned a few days later. The helper sprayed all the wood in the attic with a borate solution for a small additional fee while Josh performed a complimentary inspection of the rest of the house for subterranean termites and pests. (We had requested the inspection so we can be eligible for their annual inspection and maintenance service in the future.) We're now repairing the external dry rot that Josh found. We were pleased with all the work and plan to use AABC for annual inspection and treatment of termites in the future.

They did no work for me because they had lost my trust in the ability to do a good job.

We called a few different exterminators to get estimate of cost. This was nothing special.

Overall experience was great. Scheduled an termite/pest inspection and Joshua came here on time and did a detailed inspection around our home. He recommended what we should do and not necessary to do. Prices are a little more expensive for pest control but termite repairs are average. We will definitely schedule our termite/pest work with them as they seem to be very professional.

We are very pleased with the work they are doing. They covered possible entry way the rodents were coming in. They have an excellent customer service. If they missed something just call and they will be happy to come back fix the problem with no additional charge. They are true to their words when they say if the rodents come back so we will we. Just great. I have dealt with almost all of the guys over the last 3 years and they are all great.

I have used a number of big name pest control companies who always pressure you into contracts. They are family owned and did their best to accommodate in any way possible. They came out one time and sprayed for ants and used a chemical that would not kill all the other insects per my request and only had to come out once for the year. . They did an excellent job. I also had them do an inspection for termites and they found them and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.

We called Already a Better Choice after a swarm of termites invaded our shower. Diana in the office was very nice and set up the appointment. Josh came out and spent a lot of time in both the attic and underneath the house. He took pictures, explained everything thoroughly and was a real pleasure to work with. This was the second company to come out, and he was much more thorough. As we did not want to tent, we went with the spraying and Josh came back on the appointed day and performed that service. All went well and we would definitely recommend them.

Both fumigation as well as pest exclusion by ABC went poorly. The fumigation work includes efforts by the gas company. The gas company really screwed up but ABC never followed up. First the gas wasn't shut off on time which delayed the tenting. Not ABC's fault. But then the gas company really screwed up after the tenting was complete. ABC never followed up by checking the house after the gas company was finished which resulted in our house being left wide open (unattended) for a full day. As for the exclusion work, ABC identified a number of points that needed to be sealed. And areas to be cleaned. But after their first day of work we noticed a number of places still hadn't been addressed nor had some areas been cleaned. Even after a 2nd visit we noticed at least one more very obvious entry point had not been addressed. I'm not sure how many visits were made to address everything. Which leads to the next problem...punctuality. Nobody was living in the house at the time so a representative had to drive to meet ABC on each visit. But more often than not, ABC would not arrive at the agreed time or change the time at the last minute. Their representative was very apologetic though nothing improved despite our numerous contacts. A project that should have been finished by the 2nd week of July dragged on until almost the end of the month.

Both companies were very professional.

The initial contact with the company was great. They gave us a free estimate and the secretary was very polite. I called to schedule an appointment and the owner told me he would give me a 15% discount on a termite tenting. I called back 2 days later and the owner denied that he ever promised me that deal. When I told him I would be forced to go to other company he said that I should do that.

I called Already a Better Choice after thinking I might have termites.Joshua came out and did a free inspection and seemed to be very thorough.He said that we had Drywood termites and recommended that we have the house fumigated.I had two other termite companies that had different findings come out but they both also said that they recommended that the house get fumigated.One was slightly lower than Already a Better Choice,but one was higher.I decided on Already because I really liked Joshua's demeanor and really trusted him. The subcontracted fumigation company came to my house right after the Gas Company turned the gas off.The supervisor of the company was very friendly and courteous.We had all our valuables and food items out but before I drove off he saw that we left something in the house that shouldn`t be there and he brought it out to me.He didn`t have to do that.He went the extra mile.I told him to please be careful as we just had brand new gutters installed on the house and I want them to stay perfect.He politely said no problem don`t worry about a thing,we will be very careful......Two days later I got a call from the same supervisor at my hotel and he said that the tenting is removed,the job is complete and it is safe to return back to my home.I returned to the house to see it exactly the way I left it.I did a visual inspection of the house and the gutters and everything was perfect...I got a call from the office the next day and the lady on the phone was very nice and professional as she was from my first call.She asked if everything was ok with the service and after hearing from me everything was fine she asked how I would like to pay......I payed with a credit card over the phone. I would definitely recommend Already A Better Choice to anyone.

I originally had some difficulty in developing a line of communication with this company, but that was corrected immediately. The owner, Nathan, came out for the first inspection, followed by the crew to do the work, then Nathan again to check the traps and then his brother Joshua to check the traps again. Nathan has detailed knowledge of rodents and their habits. He took the time to explain details and left me with no questions at all. Beyond excellent service, they offer a one-year guarantee should I hear the creep-crawly noises in the attic or anywhere in the house again. We needed the work done within a narrow time window because landscaping work around the house couldn't be completed until after the tenting. Always A Better Choice responded immediately. All their representatives, from Nathan to the office personnel to the crew that did the work, were courteous and professional. All time commitments were met and they went "the extra mile" to complete the work on our schedule. The crew has to enter the house to set up fans and open cupboards.
