Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of the house for ants. We had them out last year to spray and although it took two spraying they did eliminate the ants coming into the house and we haven't seen any since they sprayed in June. The technicians were very professional. We also had them check the attic for rats and they gave us a quote to resolve that problem as well.

Description of Work: I was practically being moved out of my house by a nasty invasion of ants. I finally got tired of trying to fend for myself and decided to try Angie's List. The first one I signed up with never contacted me, so Angie's List refunded my money. I bravely tried another one - "Already A Better Choice". Their deal wasn't as good as the first one, so I hoped that their name would prove to be true. After the initial contact was made with them, they were out within a couple of days. Their uniformed worker spent a long time performing his duties. Unfortunately, within a few days, some ants returned. I called the company and the fellow who was out previously heard my call over their radio. Since he had just finished up on another call, he came right over. He spent some more time spraying around the ant holes and was much more successful this time.

Description of Work: I found their service to be more than lousy. I left messages several times and they never responded to the messages. The last time, they responded 4 days later and charged more than any of the other companies.The first estimate was completely different than than first time estimate (BY $300). NOT TRUSTABLE !!!

Description of Work: After initially telling me on the phone it would be up to 3 weeks before they could come out and give me an estimate, I got a call the same day and Joshua came out that very same day to do an inspection. I can only say that he was utterly professional and extremely thorough. He was at my home for over 2 hours and crawled in both attic & basement. I am reviewing quotes from two other companies so check back to see more when I have the work done.

Description of Work: Josh did an inspection and recommended tenting just as another company did. He answered all my questions patiently during the entire process and everything was done in timeframe he had proposed. I will most likely use the company for an annual inspection going forward in order to keep my home termite free.

 + -1 moreThe owner/operator Mr. Gonzalez and his sons were polite, on time and very professional. My house was thoroughly inspected for termite damage. Price for the fumigation ($1500) was reasonable and competitive. However the price for the repair ($685) was high, compared to work that was done. My advice is that, you have to haggle for the price and compare with other companies especially the repair work. I recommend this company and will rehire for future jobs.

 + -1 moreJoshua called before coming to the house and arrived within the appointment time. He was very pleasant, helpful, and acted in a professional manner. The work seemed to be reasonably priced with a senior discount and a 1 year warranty. Before Joshua left on Thursday around 4:00pm, he said he would call after his appointment to schedule a return. Unfortunately he didn't call. It was necessary to call him Friday morning. To me, it was not that big of a deal and he apologized for not calling. To be honest with you, I think he probably worked late at his other appointment. It was mainly my fault, like I stated earlier, he didn't expect to do any work when he first came out. I'm sure I caused him to run late.
Description of Work: Big rat resided in a one-car garage. Requested extermination. On Thursday, owner's son, Joshua, came out to assess situation. The rat came into the garage via a louver window pane and nested in a metal fan that was mounted adjacent to the window inside the garage. I asked about rat poison and he stated that it wasn't necessary. He explained ways to keep rats away. He also stated that a screen was needed to block the rat's entry way. I spontaneously asked him to do the job at the time. He started the job by removing clutter and the metal fan, but had to stop because he didn't have the screen in his truck and he had another appointment. He had just expected to give an estimate. He didn't expect me to ask him to do the work at that time. He said he would try to return Friday, but he needed to check his schedule at the office after his appointment. He said he would call. Joshua returned on Friday and completed the job.
