This was a pro repair job from start to finish. A few years ago, we made the mistake of hiring a "friend of a friend" to install some tile. He messed it up in every possible way. Harry from The Grout Medic was assigned to fix everything, and he did a great job. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and was done is less than 3 hours. You absolutely cannot tell where the replaced tile went - it's invisible. The entire job went like this: 1. I call for an estimate, get an immediate call back and am scheduled for a couple of days later. 2. Estimator shows up on time and gives me the estimate right then - I like the price and schedule the work to happen in a few days. 3. Harry shows up on time and does great work very fast. 4. The end. I'm a picky S.O.B. who can usually find something wrong with everything - but there was no downside to this job. I'd use The Grout Medic again in a heartbeat.

They did an excellent job. The tile looked new. I wish we had done it sooner .

Everything went very well. The three gentlemen who did the work were very professional. They kept us in the loop as to what was happening and asked questions when needed. They also answered any questions that we had through the process.. They wore covers on their shoes so there was not tracking of dust throughout the house. We would use them again.

Our shower looked like the one in the before picture and after the work was completed the shower looked brand new.

We are preparing our 24 year old home to sell. Master bathroom floor and shower grout needed attention. Since this is an older home, the "sanded" grout could not come back to original condition, but the results were fine. They caulked all bathroom fixtures (showers, tubs, sinks) and left everything looking immaculate. Our estimate appointment was on time and professional. The workman arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He completed the task within the estimate time given, worked quietly and thoroughly.

We received a flyer in the mail advertising the Grout Medic. Since my cousin had already used them she told me to be sure to ask for the owner as the "other" worker's work was not acceptable and she had to call the owner to come back out and redo the job. We did get the franchise owner and he did a fabulous job. He was fast, clean and very professional. We were extremely happy with the results.

We remodeled our kitchen and had them do all the tile work. On the floor hey removed and replaced some broken tile, fixed some loose tile, changed the color of my grout. They also did my entire backsplash. On a scale of 1 to 10, they were a ten. They always showed up on time, even when I needed to change days because other contractors got behind, they did excellent work, and always cleaned up after themselves. If I ever need tile work done again, I would definately hire them. On top of all that, their prices were fair and every employee (3) was a pleasure to talk with.

They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, completed the job and left the area clean. We felt their price was reasonable.

Estimate and initial work seemed fine. Price was reasonable and service was performed as requested. However, the grout that had been repaired never hardened and could be removed with a fingernail. It took several calls to get an answer and the problem acknowledged to the point that I had almost given up. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with the owner Ron and get the problem addressed. The person that completed the repairs claimed that sometimes grout can fail to cure. No problems since then and it has met my expectations. I would have like to have given an A rating, but getting the "bad" grout acknowledged and remedied was stressful and too difficult. However, I did give a rating that I would use them again. I do not think that one difficult experience is enough to rate someone poorly or not give them another chance. Problems may occur in any situation. The key is that Ron addressed the problem to my satisfaction.

The service was good and the finished product was good, but they were time-challenged. The first worker was right on time, which was nice, since I had taken a day off work for this project. He had an equipment failure, so couldn't finish. We arranged for my husband to meet him at the house the next day at 1:00. I got a cell phone voice message a little after 12 that day that another worker was at the house, but since no one was there, he wouldn't be finishing the job that day. I called back & left a message reminding him that my husband was planning to meet them at 1. Subsequent call said he had gone to another job, wouldn't be able to get back to our house that day, and the first worker had neglected to tell him that my husband would be home at 1 or to give him my husband's numbers. We eventually got everything arranged for 2 workers on day 3 of the project. I understand that equipment breaks down and messages get lost in translation. Fortunately, my husband works about 5 minutes from our house and can be flexible in his schedule sometimes, or we would still be trying to get this job finished. Overall, I was satisfied with the work, would use Grout Medic again and would recommend them. I would just be a little more emphatic about the scheduling.

I got a fast call back, a next day appointment, Ron was on time and extremely professional, gave me expert advice - i will call them to do work anytime.

Prompt response. Ability to do the job within a week. Arrived on time. Thorough cleaning and removal of the old worn out grout and re grouting. Had tarps laid out to protect the carpet and fixtures, used booties over shoes.. Throughout the procedure I was unaware of any dust or solvents in use. The technician was very professional and worked about 4-5 hours without stopping. I'm not sure about the price, but was told by another person in the grouting business that the cost could be done for considerably less. ( I did not get other estimates for this job). However I am a completely satisfied customer.

I called and set up a job. They stated he could send two workers and get the work done in one day. They only sent one worker who didn?t want to do anything I asked for him to do. He performed work that I didn?t ask for and didn?t complete the work I actually hired him for, grout removal and replacement. At one point, Ron's employee put black grout to my counter boarder. However, the grout bled onto a lighter colored surface & remained a gooey mess. The employee also spent a noticeable amount of the day in his car, talking on the phone, smoking.

The service was ok. They had one person here for 2 days and I thought it was a bit expensive. They did come down a bit from the original estimate. They weren't very flexible if I pointed something out that I felt needed to be done a bit better. The worker kept noting it wasn't in the work order. He was sticking to the paper work only and not going the extra mile to provide better service.
