Prompt Did the job, price was what was quoted 165$ seemed very high for a tune up, but he was the only company that was recommended by home advisor

Nice people. Easy to set up appointment. On time and prompt.

I was given a window between 10-12. Stan was 15 minutes late and didn't even give a courtesy call. The problem was I had not turned the knob from pilot to on. He told me this is a common problem. 5-6 times a week. I was still charged $165. If it is such a common problem, why don't they ask you to check for this before coming out? Very disappointed. I will never use this company again.

He made the appt. and did not tell me there was $160 service charge to look at the stove. Came out and spent short amount of time to reset my breaker and take $160 for doing this. Very unhappy.

Charged me for an hour found a loose connection. Wiggled some wires and left after 1/2 hour. The gas fireplace worked when they were here but they did not fix the loose wire, just moved it. The first three times I tried to start it, I had to lay down and wiggle wires. Then Every two times out of three I had to wiggle wires. Since they were here for just 1/2 hour and did not fix it, I asked for my money back. NO, they wanted to come back

I hate to give a bad review. The technician was quick, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he did not put the stove back together correctly and the inside metal plate came off within two days of service. The stove was on 24/7 for two days and did not heat the house as it had before service. Also, the frame sitting in the fireplace is loose and was not before service. When I initially called, I was given an appointment within three days. When I called to have the stove fixed from the technician's mistake, I was booked over a week out. When I asked the receptionist what I was supposed to do until then, she said to put on a couple sweaters. :/ The technician was in my house less than an hour, charged $168 and now wont be back to fix his mistake for a week and a half.

The gas fireplace in our new home had such a small flame, even though it was turned to high, that we were embarrassed to use it when we had company. The adjustments Stan's made resulted in a unit that we will proudly use! Thank you!
