They were very professional and gave me a quote right away. They were ahead of time even and stayed in contact with me the entire time. I plan to use them again in the future.

I found Stan's Fireplace Service to be very professional. When I placed my call to inquire about their service, I felt I was in competent and professional hands. I wanted the best since this a fireplace and I don't want any worries. The boys came, inspected and cleaned and reported the condition of the chimney. Stan was early, which could have been problematic if my brother and mom were not home. He did the best he could with our rusted out, old, stand alone gas grill and got it to work the best he could. When I asked him for for possible solutions, he said “Get a new grill.”. When I asked him for recommendations/specifications, he really was not helpful, aside from suggesting stainless steel burners (all the iron in our grill pretty much rusted out). While I didn’t expect him to endorse a brand or company, I thought that he would/should know durability and reliability of different vendors. He was not very helpful or friendly. He asked to use the bathroom at the house, but he could have taken care of his needs somewhere else, since he was early. And lastly, he needs to improve on his personal hygiene or laundering of his work clothes. He was quite smelly with body odor.

Arrived on time. Did a great job fixing my gas fireplace. I would use them again.

John was able to come up with a solution that did not cost a lot of money. We were not replacing anything....just adding to some posts that allowed for the gates to close properly. Verses having to tear both areas down and try to remake the wheel. I am very pleased. He was very polite and showed me what he would do before I made the decision. Now that I know the company works with fireplace repairs, I do plan to use them again. They really do more than just fireplaces.

Stan's the MAN! He arrived early, which was fantastic! Very professional, showed me & explained what the problem was. I highly recommend the company to anyone who has an issue with their pellet/gas stove. There were a few things about my pellet stove that I was not aware of ~ Thank You STAN ~ I really appreciate your "old school" style. Reminds me of Mom & Pop's way of doing business. 😊

john was great. on time, professional, courteous and most of all very knowledgable. he was able to explain everything i asked in details. he take his time repairing my fireplace. no time constraint like some contractors i experienced in the past.
