Stan was very professional and explained why I had the problems. He advised me on preventive maintenance and gave recommendations for future potential problems. With energy costs what they are this is still the cheapest and most efficient means for heating my home and Stan has made it even more efficient. Without a doubt I can state that Stan's Service will be getting a call from me for an annual checkup and cleaning of my pellet stove.

Stan was very professional and addressed all of our questions. We had had a prior handyman come out and say we needed to replace a $500 part. Stan correctly diagnosed it was just a fireplace fuse that had gone out, and just required resetting it. He also provided safety advise on how to operate our outdoor fireplace as well.

Stan was on time, professional, and quick. I was pleased that he had the part needed in his truck and installed it on the spot. When asked if there was any warranty provided if my fireplace stopped working within the week, he said only parts are under warranty, not labor. Nothing has gone wrong but if it does he would pro-rate labor should he have to come back (even to change a defective part). I would recommend him to friends with a "beware of warranty" flag.
