Will not use this service ever. Was 1 hour late and then got an attitude when we questioned the time delay. Did not clean or inspect fireplace or chimney-just shined a light into it and said it did not need to be cleaned.. Also this company does not go upon the roof to inspect the structural integrity of the chimney stack????
