Excellent service! They came within a day of our call, serviced 2 propane fireplaces that hadn't been used in years, and left with both working beautifully. Great job!

A little pricey, but our problem ended up being an easy fix.....he was very knowledgeable about pellet stoves.

Showed up on time, pleasant personality, knew what he was doing and could explain it to me and he cleaned up everything when he left.

Inspected my old free standing wood burning stove for safety. Did a great job cleaning the stove and chimney, Did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Couldn't tell he had been here. Very professional, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend this company to my neighbors!

Very professional, on time and went above and beyond. The owner spoke to me on the phone, his son-in-law showed up on time answered all my questions. They replaced the fan/motor for my insert... John rearranged my rocks and added sand (for free) to make the fireplace look more appealing. Just 2 short visits and they had it done. No nonsense and did not try to up-sell.

The project is going well. Stan gave me a vey reasonable estimate and was able to schedule the job in a short time. John is a true professional and has done an outstanding job rebuilding my chimney chase. Just waiting for the cover and fire cap to come in so they can finish the project.

Got right to work, cleaned the chimney in our two story house from inside...didn't have to get up on the roof. Took precautions to protect the space from fireplace soot and cleaned up the area when he completed the job. Was able to suggest a couple options where I could purchase fireplace supplies. I would hire them again.

Friendly, on time, cleaned up after himself, and recommended that we calk around the fireplace (woodstove) chimney cap. He also did a nice job on the laundry dryer vent system. Price was moderate. Not cheap, not over the top so only 4 stars on value. Would recommend.
