The Tech was on time, courteous, and efficient. He finished in less than one hour. My pellet stove auger was impacted with sawdust and would not turn. He removed the cover and cleaned out all the sawdust, reassembled the auger a was on his way. It now works fine. I will be very selective about the brand of pellet I use from now on. He instructed me to look for pellets with low amounts of loose wood fibre (sawdust) and a pellet of a shorter length that will feed easier than a long pellet.

Stan personally called me Saturday, November 1 within minutes of my inquiry to you. He set an appointment for today at 10:00AM arriving on time and with an assistant. He is clean cut and professional in all regards. The problem was identified and repaired within 30 minutes. OUTSTANDING!!! When he left, there was no debris and furthermore he explained his step by step procedures and I will surely use his services again and I shall highly recommend him to all individuals I know who need any of his service products.
