His customer service is great too...he took the time to explain everything to us and despite the most stubborn moss and the job taking twice as long, he still honored his quote. Lance was very helpful getting my brother's mobile home ready to sell. He did a great job on the windows and also noticed that the outside was dirty and so was the driveway. Rather than a more expensive power wash on the outside, he was able to just rinse it off with a garden hose. The driveway however needed a full power wash and looks like new now.

We were blown away by this company. Lance, as a sole proprietor does all the work himself.. What a worker! So efficient, so organized and thorough. He didnâ t miss a step. We never expected such a perfect job. He follows through with every detail. He is worth his weight in gold! We had a horrible mess of a driveway, walkway and porch. When he left he made every bit of our aggregate concrete look like it was brand new, just poured. We can not recommend him highly enough. He does not disappoint.
