Sierra Vista Maintenance

The technician, Jason, called when he left his previous job and arrived early at our home. He was neatly dressed in uniform with shirt tucked in ... a very professional appearance. He greeted me and we discussed what was to be done. Jason got right to work and worked diligently the whole time (I happened to be mowing the lawn so I saw most of his work). He first blew all the leaves off the roof (We have quite a few trees that drop leaves). Then he dislodged all the leaves caught in the mesh. He went around the house, bring up the mesh, cleaning the gutter then replacing the mesh. When he finished, he blew the debris from around the house. He even blew off my back deck and patio (really better than I do). He walked around the house twice and then inquired if I was satisfied with the clean-up. The topper was that he had taken "before" and "after" pictures of the gutters. He was able to send them to me via email so I have a record of the fine work Sierra Maintenance does.

This outfit is very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very professional. SVM managed my expectations on the front end and then exceeded them with their performance of the work. Their employee, Zach, who performed the work did an outstanding job. He was very diligent to get to every area that he could and to make sure every downspout was draining as it should. SVM's communication from beginning to end was prompt and professional. I would definitely hire Sierra Vista Maintenance again.

They were professional, punctual, and worked efficiently. They even sent me before and after pictures of the gutters. I’m very pleased.

The crew did a very good job on my windows and screens. Two minor complaints. 1. They tracked in and out of the house, and tracked in some leaves and dirt onto the floors/carpets. 2. They knocked down the drapes (rod came apart) in one room and didn't put it back up. It was minor, and overall, they did great work.

All of the gutters have a screen over them. While it helps keep out big items, it does get filled with smaller particles and pine needles. The gutters on the first floor were cleaned by me two years ago. Since then, the gutters became so filled that growth was occurring. The gutters on the second floor had not cleaned since their installation in 2008. Also had an unattached big two + car garage. I thought the screens would need to be removed. The workers were able to clean the gutters without removing the screens and did an excellent job and cleanup. Worth the price!!

Jason showed up right on time and got right to work cleaning the gutters and the downspouts. He took pictures of the before and after to show me the work that was done. I asked him to install the downspout screens that I had not originally asked about and he went back up and installed them. The original cost for cleaning the gutters was $95.00 and each downspout screen was $10.00 and I had 6 for a total of $60.00.

The gutters were cleaned well. In fact, we had a significant rain right after they were done and there was no water flowing over the sides as they had before. Also, no standing water remained in gutters.

Called to let us know that they were going to be 15 minutes early that appointed time. Cleaned out gutters. Cleaned up and blew off debris from driveway and deck. Excellent service always. Highly recommend.

The work was completed to our satisfaction. Kelly kept me updated and responded promptly to all emails and texts. Very professional. Nick was on time and very helpful by taking photos of several previously broken or damaged roof tiles. Will hire them back next Spring to do the windows and in the Fall to clean the gutters. They do good work.

The pressure washing and window glass was good. They could've done a better job with the tracks. They realized (too late) that the pressure washing got them wet and they should've vacuumed the tracks first. Even wet, they could've gotten them cleaner than they did. The team seemed to be made up of college students. They were reliable, professional and friendly.

Company had great reviews. Gutters were cleaned but not the way the other companies I hired from Angies List did it...which was disappointing. My "other provider" which I should have used not only clean the gutters but hoses down the gutters and water spout, blows the leaves and other debris off the roof then bagged and took the debris with them. They did not blow the leaves under my shrubs and onto my lawn. Zach did a great job pressure washing but was not good at clean up. Left debris and "mud" in the street gutter and when I asked if he was going to clean this up he told me "when it rains it will wash it away" but if I wanted him to he clean it up he would. He asked for payment and I told him I would pay him after he cleaned up the "gutter". He tried to scoop up the debris with his scooper he used on roof gutters. I finally had to bring out my broom and swept up what I could and when he left had to hosed down my gutter myself!!! I will say that when Kelly Salas emailed me as to how my experience went with the company and I gave the same response you are reading here he contacted me immediately which I appreciate and offered some type of refund or what can he do to make this right. Although I appreciate the quick response and offer to correct this I have decided not to use this company again.

On time completed service in less time and under quote. This is the second time I have used them.

Very prompt, was able to schedule us right away. Showed up promptly and did what was requested quickly. Cleaned up all gutter debris after work was completed. Very pleased with the result.
