Provider showed up on time with an assistant. Both were very courteous and professional. Thoroughly cleaned roof gutters and vertical drain spouts. Did a good thorough job, cleaned up after completed. Did not try to upsell. In fact, advised that I probably only needed to do this once every two years instead of annually due to the limited number of small trees in the area. Will use again in the future.

I e-mailed the owner asking about the condition of the gutters and the downspouts afterwards and so he checked with the crew and got back to me quickly so I thought they were very professional. During the recent storms in Sacramento, I encountered some interior flooding which my insurance adjuster believed might be due to the condition of my gutters. I purchased a big deal from Eric's company and am pleased to say it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long while. My home has a multitiered roof and Eric climbed up all of the many pitches to check and clean out all of the gutters for me. He indicated he did not see damage to the gutter itself and likely the water issue was the result of the debris that had accumulated. He was very thorough and made an incredible mess cleaning the gutters out. But then he spent a good deal of time cleaning up the sidewalks patio and driveway where the debris had landed. He checked with me several times while he was working to tell me what he was finding and made suggestions for some minor additional work which he proceeded to complete for me. He and his company will be a "go to" service provider for me in the future. I highly recommend him!

Two men showed up on time and proceeded to clean my gutters. My roof line is quite tall and they were unable to reach a small section of the gutter that's on top of the garage, due to the height and angle of the roof. They asked me if I wanted a refund or if I preferred to have a net placed above the gutters to catch debris. I chose the latter. It took them about two hours to complete the job. Upon completion, they used the blower to clean up all the dirt that had fallen on my decks. Overall, I'm very happy w/the job and will definitely use them again.

Both guys that came out were very nice. They were over an hour late, my time frame was 1-3pm and they got here after 4pm, they called after 3pm when they realized they were late to let me know why. Overall they did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

I ordered and paid for the service online, and a short time later Sierra Vista Maintenance called to schedule an appointment. We had waited for the first rain, unfortunately, and saw the urgent need for our gutters to be cleaned. Despite their busy schedule they gave us an appointment for just a couple of days from the call, because more rain was forecast. They had to squeeze us in among a number of calls they were receiving. They were very friendly and professional and sympathetic to our plight. They then showed up right on time, explained what they were going to do and performed their task thoroughly and quickly. With the next rain we had no difficulty with drainage. Their prices were competitive with other similar providers. We will use them next time, and I will recommend them to friends.

Work was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, but workman failed to appear. The work was rescheduled for the following day and the workman appeared within the allotted time frame. A price break was offered as an apology for the previous inconvenience and time wasted and was accepted. The work was performed quickly, competently and in a professional manner.Despite their initial stumble, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I plan to use them again in the future.

Got the Angie's list deal to have out gutters cleaned, and overall, they did a very good job. Only complaint is that the guy who showed up didn't really know what was supposed to be included in the deal and that we had discussed removing some gutter screens to clean under them. Other than that, the gutters and the roof came out very clean and were working well when the first storms of the season hit.

These guys were great. Not only were they punctual and very professional, but they were very nice at helping me with a very big gutter problem. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know.

They arrived and very cordially asked how they could be of service. Then cleaned my gutters and placed screens on the downspouts for free.

I purchased the gutter cleaning special that they had on Angie's list for $129.00. Eric quickly responded and we set up a day and time for them to come out. Jason the worker that was sent out arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He was polite and well mannered and asked me if I would like for him to install downspout screens to prevent the downspouts from becoming clog by the leaves and other derbis. They were only $10.00 each so I told him to install them on the downspouts which only totaled four. We have a patio cover which had one but I let him know that we were going to have it removed next year and not to worry about cleaning it as the roof of the patio was in bad condition. Jason cleaned the gutters and downspouts and removed all the stuff he had removed from the gutters. As my two green waste were both full I let him know that he could put the black plastic bag into my garbage container. I will definitely use them in the future. It rained hard that evening and I looked out the front door to see how the downspout on the end of the garage was working and it was working as it should. Mr Brewster

When he arrived, he went to work promptly, and was so efficient that the job was done in no time. I would definitely hire this company again.

Sierra Vista showed up on time as planned. Surveyed my gutter needs and made recommendation to add a couple of needed screens. I did pay an additional small fee based on the size of my house which was quite reasonable. The work was performed promptly and professionally and I would recommend this company.I also asked for an estimate to have all of my windows and screens cleaned and will definitely have Sierra Vista provide this service for me as well.
