The service provided by Eric was excellent and would definitely refer Sierra Vista Maintenance to friends and family!

I ordered this service via a coupon offer on Angie's List. I then followed up with a phone call to provider to schedule work, which occurred the following week. Jason from Sierra Vista also responded in writing via Angie's Messaging Center to confirm the appointment. The next week, Jason arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was friendly and very professional. He completed the work and also advised that one of my downspouts was very rusty and leaking -- beyond the point of caulking to repair. (Sierra Vista does not perform replacements, so he wasn't upselling for additional services/costs, just advising on potential concerns based upon condition of gutters during cleaning.) Overall, I am very pleased. I was concerned because I rented out my house through a local property management company for the last 5 years, and they had not maintained the gutters. As a result, there was 5 years worth of leaves, compost, and dirt built up. I actually saw weeds growing out of my gutters! I had attempted to clean them myself but the detritus was so deep and thick, I decided to hire a professional service. Sierra Maintenance did a great job, and did not charge me any extra beyond the coupon I purchased. Very happy and I will use them again.

I use Angie's List to avoid having to haggle with services providers over the quality of a job done, knowing that the quality will be good. This was not the case with the window washing provided by this company. Apparently it's my job as the consumer to tell a window washer to take the screens outside before brushing them off??? Who in the world thinks it's okay to brush/clean window screens onto the rugs inside my house??? When I saw the window washer doing this, I asked, "Can you please not brush [clean] the screens onto my rug?" His response was "Oh, you want me to brush them onto the tile?" --- No! Of course not! Instead of yelling that, I politely suggested taking the screens outside to brush them off. (Isn't this a given??) To make matters worse, even after explicitly and politely asking that he take the screens outside, he continued to brush them onto carpets throughout the house. To add insult to injury, at the beginning of the day, I agreed to pay more than the amount of the initial bid. I felt the provider had under-bid the job and voluntarily agreed to a higher price, higher actually I had stated I was really to go (by about $60). I didn't want to start the day or the transaction out with a conflict, so I agreed. Now I've had to re-clean the interior of my entire house because every particle of dust and gunk and cobweb from the window screens landed INSIDE my house. Clearly I continue to be p***** off -- 5 days later. The pressure washing job he did on the patio was fine and I have no complaints about that portion of the work. Update: Sierra Vista refunded about 10 percent of the price of the job and has made great efforts to make sure I felt the remedy provided (the partial refund) was sufficient. I thank them for following up and offering a monetary remedy.

Arrived as scheduled. Got right to work. Windows sparkle. I will definitely use again next year...

The provider showed up on time, right to the minute, went right to work, cleaned up the mess afterwards, and only took 30 or so minutes to complete the job.

It went extremely well. I had a few weeds growing from my gutters! All was done quickly and efficiently.

I have a very tight schedule. Sierra Vista Maintenance went more than the extra mile to accommodate my availability and treated me with genuine concern. They did outstanding work and I would highly recommend them to others. If they continue with their current high level of courtesy, quality, and professionalism, I wish them the greatest of success.

The $129 in the ad is for a small home not for 2 storey - didn't really see that in ad. He charged $75 for extra. Additionally he put strainers at each of the gutters for additional $10 each which was a total of $40 more. Ended up more than we expected but in general he was on time and professional. He explained the issues. There was on one hickup - not an issue - he didn't have enough sealant and he offered to do it if we called him in fall.

Showed up on time, clean the gutters and down spouts, and installed down spout guards quickly. He cleaned up after himself well and was courteous and professional.

Eric and Greg arrived early in the two-hour window provided and went right to work. They listened carefully to special requests I had and also let me know what they'd be doing and what they'd look for while cleaning the gutters. Both gentlemen were utterly professional and respectful of our home. At one point, while working on a particularly stubborn downspout, Greg had to come through the house and put on protective booties without being asked. While they weren't able to solve the downspout issue, they made reasonable recommendations and explained what was probably going on. They left the place impeccably clean when they were finished. In the area where we live (lots of pine trees), gutter cleaning might be required a couple of times a year. We won't hesitate to hire Sierra Vista every time. Plus, they do windows...

They did a great job. I did not pay anything additional on top of the big deal price. They cleaned up after themselves, they didn't leave any debris. The price was very good.

Sierra Maintenance was punctual, professional and did a thorough and exemplary job of cleaning gutters and down spouts on two homes. These gutters were way over due so it was no easy job. Would highly recommend their services.

The guys came on time, got right to work & got it done! The only thing I had to do was stand back & admire my clean windows, one of my most hated spring cleaning jobs. I only have 10-11 windows so the job only lasted for about an hour. Money well spent! Will definitely use these guys again!

The appointment was scheduled around my availability, they called before they arrived and arrived on time! They were quick and professional. I have a new roof, so they also mentioned to me the frequency with which I might want to wash out gutters while the new roof sheds. The three guys arrived 15 minutes early and the foreman came to the door right on time. He went over what I wanted done and they did exactly what I asked. They were prompt curteous and efficient. When they were done the foreman told me they had unclogged the one gutter I was concerned about. It was too high on the roof and I had never been able to reach it with a ladder. They were done in less than an hour. It was the first time I had hired professionals to clean the gutters and I will do it again.

They arrived promptly and cleaned all windows in my home as well as guest house. They were professional, respectful and focused on their work. The windows sparkle now! They also asked that I look over the results and make sure they met with my approval. They also pointed out 2 windows In my home that needed repair. Employees arrived on time & promptly went to work. They located a defect in one of the downspouts that prohibited rain water to drain properly. It took about an hour to have all the gutters cleaned, & the employees are courteous & helpful.

They did a good job. Arrived when expected, cleaned up after themselves. I thought it was a little expensive but I have a large house/shop and it is a roof I wouldn't want to get up on.
