As an experienced cleaning service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our trained and professional staff will perform the highest quality work at an affordable cost. All power washing is performed by highly trained and efficient staff. All roof, gutter, and downspout cleaning will be performed with the highest level of safety and precision. Our staff will provide before and after pictures of every cleaning. Our window cleaning professionals are courteous, prompt, and streak-free, wearing shoe covers and using drop cloths as they leave your windows sparkling. We have worked hard to be very highly rated by our customers and we highly value our customers. Our power washing services include an exterior home wash, patios, driveways, walkways, lawn furniture, gazebos, and much more. Our window washing services include both interior and exterior, vacuuming and cleaning tracks, wiping down frames, and washing screens. We also clean skylights and solar panels. Our gutter cleaning services include removing loose debris from the roof, cleaning gutters, clearing downspouts, and cleaning up any mess that we make. We service El Dorado Hills Ca, Folsom Ca, and the Sacramento area.

Description of Work: He arrived as agreed on and used a blower to completely blow everything off of the roof as described in the description of the job offered. He asked for permission to be able to get on the roof if necessary and that was perfectly fine with me. He cleaned the gutters and put screens on two of the downspouts as offered. He then asked if I wanted the 3 extra downspouts screened and I agreed to have them put on for additional $10.00 each. He was very nice and everything went well as described in the special offer. Description of Work: They cleaned the roof and added metal filter sleeves to the downspouts (per my request) and removed the gutter guards enough to test the gutters for clear passage. I had them come back another day and also clean the windows (another $150--very good job).

Description of Work: Ihave used Sierra Vista Maintenance twice. One for cleaning my windows and the next appointment was for cleaning my gutters. On both occasions they arrived promptly and explained what they would be doing. The technician was courteous and worked quickly. My windows looked wonderful and in addition to cleaning the gutters I had them put baskets in the downspouts to catch leaves. I am happy to recommend Sierra Vista Maintenance.

It went great!
Description of Work: Jason washed our windows inside and out, cleaned the screens and thoroughly cleaned the window tracks... We really appreciate how efficiently he worked, providing excellent service, leaving us with beautifully clear windows.
