Oh, it went WELL. Jill Berni was the epitome of professionalism! She listed our property, did our open houses and dealt with the myriad of problems that arose. We were not easy to deal with. Lots of things were going wrong and she handled everything with patience and aplomb. I shudder to think how badly it all could have gone but with Jill handling it we didn't have to worry. She takes the time to untie knots that arise and she does "it" right! She is incredible and I would not hesitate a minute to call on her again. Even today, she will pick up the telephone, remember me and help me, for free with any little real estate question or problem and it's been 5 years at least. She is kind, tactful and patient and moreover, she is KNOWLEDGEABLE about real estate in California.

When we decided to sell our 5400SqFt home in Serrano El Dorado Hills, we interviewed several home staging consultants and decided to hire Jill Berni of OakTree Real Estate Services. We are so glad we did. Some areas of our house were difficult to decorate, certain floor plan deficiencies needed to be 'masked'. Jill went through our house and created a plan to get our house to look perfect. She suggested areas that need to have new furniture pieces, areas to be repainted, light fixtures replaced, items removed. When She was done with staging the house, it looked spectacular. She has an amazing eye for decorating, we could not believe it was our home. all of our friends and family who visited were in awe how beautiful our house looked. Gary makes you feel as if you are his only client. He held open houses for us 3 weekends in a row resulting in a quick sale of our home. The sales commission was 4% of which he received 1.5%. He patiently took us to 20+ properties to view before we selected a home to make an offer on. He got us the best rate possible on our home loan and charged absolutely no points or fees. He was always prompt at returning calls and made sure we were informed of every step in the process. He was always on time for meetings, pleasant and informative.
