He went to get the materials and came back after about 2 hours and started working on the door and opened the box to get the medicine cabinet and it was all cracked. He left to return or exchange it but never came back. He worked for less than 2 hours. Next morning I texted him to confirm the time of arrival, but he said he can only come on Wednesday at 8AM. Then got confirmation from Mr Handyman. On Wednesday when I called at 9:30AM {name Removed}(Handyman Boss maybe), called and said that they don't have anyone to come and fix the place. Told him in that case I will have to hire someone else. Eventually he sent another tech {Name Removed} and he came after 12 noon. He commented on the poor workmanship of the previous worker and went to get the cabinet and materials. He came back with the materials after 1.5 hrs. He was cleaning the mess the previous guy created for about 2 hours. Stopped everything at 5PM and demanded $1900.00. and for them to come back and complete the work I need to pay additional $800 to $900.00. {name Removed} the boss on the phone with him the whole time. I told (and texted){Name Removed} that it's not fair to charge me $2800.00 when they quoted me $800.00 and then he threatened to take legal action against me. All the works are unfinished, and I have the pictures if you need them. I send the same pictures to (Mr Handyman) on the same day.
