Went great. Tech found an ant hill in yard and killed it. Sprayed exterior of house and yard...bait inside...he will be back next month for follow up treatment.

Eco Guard is a fantastic organization with a great product and excellent client interaction. I've used them for 5 years and don't have any complaints. The price is reasonable and the staff are very knowledgeable and responsive. If any issues arise EG has been very quick to address and has shown a lot of integrity. Thanks very much for the great work!

Excellent - superb service and communication

Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help.

Worked better after second treatment. We like that it is kid and pet safe and dries quickly.

Haven't seen any since the technician closed off all the access points.

They did an excellent and I would highly recommend them to others.

On the first visit, they sprayed the insect repellant on the outer periphery, and applied some gel at some spots inside the kitchen. The ants went away in a couple of days. But, they seemed to come back after a few days. So, I called ecoguard, and they promptly came out to check. Turns out, that was expected behavior. They still applied the gel to a couple more places, and now the ants have completely vanished. Punctual, courteous and professional service!!

Great- the guy who came out was delightful and very professional.

I was so delighted with the service that was provided. Bob answered any question I posed to him and went beyond with an extreme since of pride and professionalism. Would I hire Eco-Guard again, absolutely! I signed up for a one year contract. ☺

I liked that I didn't have to use the house. They used the products in the house so we could stay.

We were happy with them. They have great customer service, and they are easy to work with. They talk to me a lot about the products they used.

Great. They come every two months and knock down spider webs as well as spray the outside of my house.

The technician was wonderful. Spent some time going over the process with me and what to expect. They did a great job!

Phil came out and took care of the problem. He walked me around the outside and showed me the ant trails. He did his magic and the next day I had NO ANTS. That was a month ago and I still have no ants inside so I am very pleased.

We have them do the pest control around the house (outside). They came and spray everywhere outside of the property. We have an annual contract with them. They will come every quarter. We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide. No complain as of yet. They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with and has helped us with our rat issue. Several rats were caught in the traps and I do not hear loud noises in the attic anymore. The bait stations seem to be working as well. Thank you for the fantastic service, Ryan! It has been a pleasure!

We stopped using them. They were nice but they were just not very consistent. The problem I had was they sent different people every single time. One person would do an awesome job and the other would just do the work as fast as he could. I think the chemicals that they use didn’t work well for our property. They were not terrible but it was just not working for us.

It went pretty good. They have been servicing the house for a few months now. My wife said that their price was comparable to others.

But I am not 100-percent happy with them. I am in contract with them; there are actual pest services right now. Everything that was said to us since day one has never been done. We talked to him at a home show and he said he had spoken to 100 people that day and could recall what we had talked about. So, basically the guys have come here to spray our house and did not really know what to do. I had to go through a run-through with them. We were supposed to be getting cell phone calls or text messages about service that was supposed to be done and I have not been getting those. Their price was pretty average. When we first signed up the guy who signed us u[ up was very niece. nice. But then we tried to have them come out again for the service that was done poorly -- the initial service -- I kind of had a hard time dealing with that.

It s okay, its good. They do the work every quarter. They are prompt and appear to be competent.
