Description of Work: My "thumbs up" is conditional - the agent didn't want to climb a short ladder to reach a dead rat on top of our pergola (he eventually did), and stated that they wouldn't go into attics. This was confusing when another agent called to schedule an attic check for traps. We ended up using an exclusion company ($$$$) to close all gaps, and they were the ones who set traps in the attic.
