If your grout is ~ 10 years old, do not have this company 'clean' it. They will blow it out with high pressure and chunks of mine came out; I now have to call someone to regrout! They must have hung out with the compressor on because it didn't look much cleaner than when they came in to begin with. I would also recommend taking the time to have three people come out and estimate, and let each of them know you are doing this. I wish I had; I did this before having my house painted and it paid off. The quote I got on the phone for cleaning my long couch was a lot lower than the 'sales pitch' of my couch being 'oversized'! So I paid a lot more for the couch in the end. The one carpet I had cleaned turned out well. Overall, I will not use this company again, it wasn't worth the $700 for nearly four hours of work and now I have to re-grout my master bathroom. The carpet turned out really clean, as did the couch, but not worth all the rework. Really wish I would have gotten to this review earlier, my bad.

I once provided a review about them on another review site, and the Owner of Carter's Carpet Restoration called me about a couple of things I had mentioned in my review. One was that it took a long time for the carpet in my master bedroom to dry, it was the first area that was cleaned, but it was the last area to dry. It was not that dirty an area, so there was no need to deep clean over and over. When they cleaned the floor tiles, some of the grout came out. Some areas here and there were missing grout after the cleaning was done. My son's car was parked towards the end of the driveway, and they parked their truck behind his car. When the person opened the back door of the truck, it hit my son's car. It hit his trunk and there was a little scrape and a dent. He said he was sorry and that he would send someone over and give me a call, but he never called. I put that in my review, and the owner called and apologized and said that I was supposed to call him if I wanted him to do something about it. His cleaning was pretty expensive also, I paid $350, and my house is not very big, it's only 1300 square feet. They didn't do the whole house, they didn't do the other two bedrooms; they only did my bedroom. They also didn't do all the tiles. Basically what they did, as far as carpet cleaning went, was they cleaned my master bedroom and they cleaned the living area. I had called them to clean the carpets, but when they came here they said that they could do the tile also. They cleaned the carpet well, but I was unhappy about it being wet for two days. They were responsive when I initially called them to come out, but after the car incident, they were not responsive. I don't think I will be using them again.

They were wonderful and they provided very good service. There were two guys who came out and they were very professional. We had cat stains on the carpets and general stuff on the older carpeting. I think the price was around $200, but I don’t remember the exact amount of square footage that they did. They were good. I would definitely use their services again. In fact, my daughter has used them too.

They are responsive and come out right away. They are very professional and go above and beyond to please me. They keep me informed if they are running late. Their pricing is reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.
