Description of Work: Install concrete slab with retaining wall in the basement for the water heater, removing tankless water heater, installing 50 gallon water heater with tank, include installing flue pipe, straps, replace 3" want line in basement and connect to vent, remove galvanized nipples in laundry line & toilet & replace with brass nipples, install 1" earthquake gas shut off valve.

Plumbing issues are always a headache - its nice to have found a company out there that will treat you well during a stressful time. Thank You Amy and Mauro.
Description of Work: I contacted Mauro's Plumbing for an issue with my bathtub. I spoke with Amy at Mauro's Plumbing. She was able to contact Mauro while I was still on hold. He was able to come over within 1 hour of me contacting Amy. He was very pleasant to deal with. He took a quick look and was able to tell me what the issue was. He was well prepared - once the issue was determined - he had the tools and knowledge to take care of the issue quickly and professionally. He provided me with an estimate prior to starting the job and the bill that was presented to me at the completion of the job was for the same.
