Description of Work: Larry Lynch runs the business by himself and was booked up into October. However, we needed our old, dirty carpet cleaned because our daughter and her husband are coming for a visit at the end of the month. Larry made a special accommodation by scheduling our cleaning for Saturday, September 19, although he usually does not work on Saturdays. He came out on Saturday, August 29, took measurements (900 square ft) and gave us an estimate of $275 (30 cents a square foot rounded off) We agreed that he could work around our furniture, which included a king-sized bed and some heavy pieces. Larry explained that he charges for the square footage underneath the unmoved furniture because it takes extra time to carefully go around the edges. Larry estimated that the job would take 2 to 3 hours. Larry is very organized and professional, presents himself well, and my wife and I were very impressed with his honest and straight-forward approach. We expect a first class job and will amend this report afterward to provide an update.

+ -1 moreAfter I contacted Larry and left a message, he quickly returned my call and booked an appointment for me within a week. There was animal urine on the chair cushion, and he assured me that he would be able to remove it. He showed up on time and spent a long time cleaning the couch and chair cushion. He did an extremely good job. The pet stain and odor were completely removed. We are having him return next week to clean another piece of furniture.
Description of Work: Larry has come twice. The amount above was to clean a sectional couch and the cushion of a large chair. The second time he cleaned two rugs.

+ 0 moreWe set up the appt. via a series of e-mails. Larry called the night before to confirm and was here at exactly 9:00 AM. He was polite, friendly and courteous, but also went right to work after looking everything over and giving me a final price. He moved the furniture and even repositioned an area rug for me, with no hesitation. When he left, everything was clean looking and fresh smelling. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Several Oriental carpets, plus a Berber type, hall and steps and sofa - all were cleaned and look great.

+ 0 moreLarry was very prompt and communicative about dates and times when he could come clean two armchairs and a couch, which were showing stains and signs of wear/use, especially since we have a dog. Larry was punctual, and he performed a very thorough and noticeable cleaning at a reasonable price. He also had time to clean one extra armchair that I asked him about. The job took him about 2 and a half hours, exactly as he estimated. All the chairs and the couch appear much cleaner and newer. Great service.
Description of Work: Cleaned two white armchairs, one large white couch, one large brown armchair and all the accompanying pillows.

+ -1 moreI called Larry to get an estimate, which turned out to be less than half of the first estimate I got. Because friends had recommended him, and he gets many 5-star ratings on the big online rating service, I decided to give Larry a try, even though his first available date was several weeks away. I could not be more pleased. The carpets (which I actually want to replace but can't at this time), were really dirty. I am amazed at how clean he got them. He also cleaned the area rug I have in my entryway, without even being asked. On top of what an excellent job he did, he is friendly and professional. Unlike so many other companies I've dealt with, he called to let me know he would be a bit late, even though it was only 10 minutes. I really appreciate that kind of thing (which seems to be very rare these days for companies to do). I will definitely hire Larry again.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the uphostery cleaning that Larry did. He was very courteous, clean and thorough. I have four cats that have been living on my couch and Larry did a wonderful job of removing all traces of them from my furniture. They looks good as new.
