After receiving quotes form several local companies we selected Hassler for a few reasons. First off Mike hassler was much more responsive and informative during the quote process than Kruse or Atlas. Mike spent a significant amount of time walking our house with us and making recommendations and explaining his rec's. Mike also dealt with subcontractors and permits for us. my wife and i both work and this was invaluable, I did not want to have to deal with contractors doing work i know nothing about. Mikes quote came in lower than Kruse and with the added service and communication skills Mike brings to the table it was a no brainer. Mikes team started work on schedule and were very cognizant of things like closing exterior doors, cleaning up our property and keeping us informed of nay changes or questions they had about the install. Mikes main man Sky is brilliant at what he does a real craftsman and everybody who works with Mike had a great attitude. Our system works perfectly,I dont have enough good things to say about the work Hassler Heating did for us. I wish more people in service trades could be as professional and thorough as Mike and his team. Use them.

Fantastic. Mike was very present from beginning to end. He met with both myself and my partner on two occasions going over everything... The project took about 5 days, Mike stayed on the project till completion, his coworker Renee was excellent, hard working and knowledgable about the work, everything was clean and neat at the end of the day very responsive and present.. he did a great job at making our home enormously more comfortable . I would reccomend him without hesitation.

They did a fantastic job. They know their business well, they had a company come and remove asbestos and then they replaced the duct work as well as the heater. They did a system that was a little bit complicated but seems to work very well. They were efficient and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Our forced air heating vents were pumping out only cold air during the night. I tried to turn the heater off, but the furnace didn't respond to the thermostat. In the morning, I climbed into the attic and turned it off at the source, then called around frantically for service (using Angie's list ratings to narrow it down, of course). The first few places I called couldn't do same day service, but fortunately Mike was available. Before coming out, Mike asked me to try removing the intake filter?which he correctly guessed was filthy?and turning the heater back on to see if it would reset. No luck, but I really appreciate that his first instinct was to fix the problem without charging for a service call! Arriving promptly when he said he would, Mike was courteous and professional. He went straight into the attic and quickly found the problem switch and solved the problem. I've been putting off dealing with a variety of heater issues, which he brought up independently as problems to be addressed. He seems to have a good eye for detail, along with a practical sense of which issues are minor enough to leave untouched, which is great because of course we prefer not to fix it if it ain't broke, even if it's slightly sub-code. That said, we've got some serious issues that definitely need attention, so we're planning on hiring Hassler Heating back next week to address those.

Mike Hassler was very easy to work with. He offered a range of choices in installing a new heating system. The job was done within a few days and workmanship was excellent. Mike is courteous and also clean-up was excellent.
