+ -1 moreI really don't like the idea of one company auctioning services out to another company without informing the customer, that's why el cerrito appliance gets a "F", and I'm less then thrilled with the other company's involved.
Description of Work: I thought I was hiring a local company to service my dishwasher. Turns out the job was shopped out to an out of state referral service who shopped it out on eBay. It was supposed to be $75 to look at the dish washer which was leaking. The techs looked at the appliance, discovered the source of the leak and said I'd need a new one, then they charged me $129. I grumbled a bit but paid the higher rate. THEN I discover that the referral company charged the original $75 to my credit card as well. The referral company was responsive to my call and had the repair company call me. I've been promised a $75 refund but have yet to see it.
