They came when I requested, the work was done fast and neatly and the "advisor" was knowledgeable.

Roto Rooter came to my house twice. The last week in August 2014 to replace my hot water heater that was leaking all over the garage. Friends told me to expect a bill around $1,400 -- Roto Rooter charged $807.91 AND they were at my house within hours of my call. The next week the garbage disposal went. I called them again, and again got a timely response. The bill was $247.50. The next day my dishwasher would not drain. I called Sear and they came out about 4 days later. They found the drain plug had not been removed between the dishwasher and the disposal. Plug removed, problem solved. I contacted Roto Rooter and explained I had to pay for a service call from Sears. They were extremely apologetic and offer to drive over to my house immediately with a check to reimburse me for Sears visit. I asked that the check be mailed to me. The check came with another apology. Yes, mistakes happen -- I have never known a business to show such sincere concern and great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Jim Houston found a plumbing problem in one hour when another plumber could not find in two weeks. The other plumber wanted to tear up the bathrooms and start jackhammering the floors at a cost of $8000. Jimmy put a sophisticated camera into the piping system and discovered that tree roots had gone right through the pipes in several areas. Jimmy fixed the entire problem for less than half than the other plumber,(Houseman Development). Bravo Jim, great job. I highly recommend Jimmy Houston and Roto-Rooter for any plumbing job.

Really good service, called, was serviced and charged over the phone for my parent's home drain service.

They cleaned up after themselves which is important. They are expensive but it is the going rate down here as I shopped around.

Called Rotor Rooter (I have used them before) and got Marco out to my house rather quickly. Since he wasn't totally sure which pipe he needed to reem he sat down on the kitchen floor and opened the under-the-sink cabinet and started taking things out so he could get to work. Did a marvelous job. Took his time. Then when all was said and done he started cleaning the items that had gotten splattered with pipe goo and was putting them back under the sink! I didn't expect this. Wish I could get Marco every time. I highly recommend Roto Rooter down here in the Imperial Valley!
