+ -1 moreCalled in the morning and got right through. Jared estimated he would be to my house around 1:00 to look at the door. He later called and could come 1/2 hour earlier; which worked for me. The spring needed to be adjusted -- which he did. He also checked the spring on the other door.
Description of Work: Garage door would only life 8 - 24 inches
