+ -1 moreIt's a rental house so we were not around to supervise/inspect the job. A month later after the next heavy rain renters told us house still had water coming inside, worse then before. Went by house and saw removed tiles were never re installed. Called Barajas a number of times, left messages but have not yet heard back from contractor, just receptionist. Was told job was done and on repairs there was no guarantee.
Description of Work: Repair roof, south side. Remove 3 lines of tile, hot mop and apply mineral surface sheet.

Description of Work: I have had many problems with my roof over the last two years. On three different ocassions, I have contacted Barajas Roofing. The first time I contacted them was to have them come to my house to do repairs. They were not reachable at their cell phone or their business phone, so I left a detailed message. Two weeks later, since they never returned my call, I called them again. This time the secretary (the owner's wife) took my message and assured me that her husband would call me back. I called them a third and final time. Again, they were not reachable and I left a more detailed message. As I expected, two weeks have passed and they never returned my call if only to tell me that they do not roof anymore or that they don't service my area. This behavior really shows their professionalism.
