+ -1 moreThey are a husband and wife company, and they do a fantastic job. They are both very helpful, and they also collaborate together very well. I definitely recommend them to everyone and would say that they are top notch.
Description of Work: They rebuilt my computer with a new motherboard. There was new hardware and software was also installed. The work took 4 days.

+ -1 moreThey picked up the computer at my home, kept me informed of their progress and the cost of each step they took in reaching a solution. We discussed a range of alternatives to a very satisfactory solution which they then delivered to my home, installed the machine on the network, and demonstrated the satisfactory solution. Very pleased with their approach, their keeping me informed and involved, and the final outcome and especially their willingness to work with my limited budget, trading off time for $$. XLNT is a great company to work with and extremely fair in their dealings. I give them all of the work I cannot handle myself.
Description of Work: 7 Year old computer experiencing difficulties booting and logging onto a peer-to-peer network. Diagnosis of both hardware and software problems resulted in a difficulty to detect and resolve solution to my satisfaction and relief! Time was not of the essence and they worked with that factor to minimize the cost.

+ -1 moreThey arrived within the time-frame they said they would and were friendly and courteous. The work took nearly twice as long as estimated but they stuck reasonably close to their cost estimate, and the work was certainly satisfactory in the end. They stuck with the problems and took full responsibility to resolve all of them.
Description of Work: Took computer to their shop, repartitioned the hard drive and reinstalled the operating system. Returned the computer to our home and reinstalled it in our home network. Reconfigured our network slightly to conform to the work they had done.
