Description of Work: I use West Coast Appliance Services Inc for heating and A/c services. They put in our air conditioning, a new heater and the put in new venting.

Description of Work: We had a solar panel system installed. Leo was excellent with our plans and making sure we got the system we wanted at a fair price. The workers who installed the system did a good job, although they left quite a mess on the roof and had to come back to clean it up another day. The biggest issue we had was with the internal communication within the company. We were told someone would arrive at a certain time and they were either 1 -2 hours early, 1-2 hours late, or they didn't come at all, until we called then they showed up hours later. The work done was excellent, but it was a challenge dealing with the office staff seeming to not know what the field teams were doing.

West Coast handed all details of inspection. Made one scheduling mistake which they rectified professionally and generously. Manager Frances was exemplary. Description of Work: Installed a small window air conditioner. It was done perfectly and without any mess or fuss.

Description of Work: Fixed air conditioning. Good but very expensive for what they did and the time it took to do it.

Description of Work: In the recent black out my fridge was burnt out. He showed me the blackened area and did not try to sell me any phony repairs. Told me to go buy a new fridge and what type was best. Unlike Sears which gave me an appointment and a "special warranty" for the next day after I called them. The next day Sears canceled and postponed a visit for a week. I canceled Sears and called West Coast who responded right away. Sears never came and I never signed anything and they tried to bill me over $250.00 for theirSpecial warranty. American Express investigated and canceled the Sears charge. This is not the first time I have used West Coast. They installed a solar system (that four other companies had not thought to offer that solved a lot of problems for us. They also installed Air Conditioning. A harder working group I have not seen in a long time..... A blessing for Senior Citizens.
