had them come out do fix my washer machine. I was fortunate the part I needed was on the truck because the office did not relay the model number to the tech. The service tech was friendly and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again

Installation went great, all was done in one day. They had to come back to fix a minor problem because of a new San Diego County Code change enacted in 2010. Not as neat cleaning up as I had hoped, small scaps left, though this involved just a few minutes of me sweeping up. Generally I would rate them a solid B+. Also they had the BEST price, by thousands less, and helped guide me to get the full Federal/State tax credits of 2010. Which saved me $2500 off of my $5000 installation costs!

I have clearstory windows on the second floor in the middle of the roof that would interfere with the usual solar panels. They came up with some german panels that had an inverter on every panel. So, if some panels were shaded it did not downgrade the rest of the panels....

It was fine. They gave me a competitive price quote and were very responsive.

Working with Leo on the plan of work went well. We went through a couple of iterations on the plan, and he was very responsive and energetic. The installation did not go well. We had agreed to move the furnace from the dining room to the area where the water heater was installed. We had to replace the water heater with a tankless water heater - that was done well. When the heater/AC was to be installed, the workers swarmed in. Our house is concrete block, and the workers did not protect the bamboo floors properly when they created the new duct accesses. Concrete bits were everywhere, ground into the flooring. The crew had no supervisory contact for us, and only one spoke even rudimentary English, so concerns expressed by my husband were brushed aside. The worst part - they said they could not install the furnace where Leo and we had agreed! By the time they let us know, they had already installed the furnace in the wrong place - back in the dining room. As it was not as agreed, Leo came over to review. They did end up moving the furnace to the correct location, but now we have holes in the interior ceiling where they had cut through for the A/C, the roof leaks when it where they did not properly patch, and there is still damage to the flooring. The A/C unit is outside balanced on a few bricks, instead of being on the concrete pad or other solid platform where we expected them to place it. The water heater will not produce hot water unless the flow rate is twice what the manufacturers specification calls for. When Leo came out, he said there is nothing they can do about it.

We liked the person they sent out. He was real friendly and he seemed to know what he was doing. He offered us two options on whether to replace the whole thing or try to fix it. We went with trying to fix it. There was a warranty for two months and it broke the day after the warranty ended and they really wouldn't do anything about it. It turned out that it was something different but they wouldn't even listen about fixing it. They were like you are over the warranty and we said it was just by a day but that didn't matter. The person that came out was really good but we didn't like that they didn't even want to talk about it so we went with somebody else because if that was how they were going to honor their warranty just by a day over without even saying something like they would give us 15 percent off or anything The thing they did fix was okay but we didn't know that at the time. We would probably not use them again.

Dealing with this company has been the worst experience we have ever had, as home owners (24yrs). The employees were dishonest, arrogant,inept,belligerent and downright menacing. In fact, my husband had to insist that one of the workman never return to our home.We paid for a wellknown furnace AND thermostat (Trane) but ended up with an off-brand thermostat installed, with no explanation, as of yet. We are still dealing with this and it's been months since the process started.

The man--Alexander I believe-- knew the machine well, and did help scrape off accumulated hard water deposits on the filters, etc. He said that by bypassing the malfunctioning switch, this was just a temporary fix. The only thing I object to is that he didn't explain the final bill, i.e. how the $29 service call became an $85 bill when no parts were replaced. Still, labor is not cheap and it could have been much more with some sort of shyster outfit. The company seems reputable and I was just glad to get the dishwasher going again!

From the initial proposal to the installation and checkout everything went smoothly and according to plan. I am very satisfied with results.

The experience was good. They did the job cleanly and professionally.

There were no problems with the replacement/install of my new duct work and heater. Would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I was pleased with the price. They were professional and on time. They were what you would hope for in a company.

The price didn't include the rebates from the manufacturer and the state. They were really good about coming out and gave us the quote right away. We are looking at other quotes and they keep calling. It is a little irritating because they keep calling and calling. They are a little pushy. Other than that they were fine. We are still considering using them but we are still getting quotes.

Yuri was creative in determining the placing of equipment in an old home. The three techs worked hard and had the job completed in a day and a half. Everyone was professional and knowlegeable.

We were very pleased with the services West Coast provided. West Coast submitted the paperwork at the City for the permit for the work to be performed. The crew arrived right on time and were in and out of the house in no time.

Fantastic! I waited a year before providing this feedback so that I had the opportunity to experience the new Zoned HVAC through both the summer AC and winter Heating. We really researched the manufacturers and installers acutely before finally choosing the CARRIER units and choosing WEST COAST to install. It couldn't have gone better and the units are working superbly. I will always have a zoned system in the future... really saves money. The West Coast representative, Yuri, has great controll over the guys who work for the company and was overseeing the work both in person and by phone the entire time. The native language of the workers was a little difficult to get accustomed to, but in no way did it hender their performance. They provided outstanding work performance. They only stopped to eat briefly, here on the jobsite with fresh food brought from home. You just don't see that kind of dedication these days.

I will definitely call the again next time I need an appliance repaired. I called for repair and they were there the very next day. Their repairman (Gary) was not only prompt and arrived in the middle of my 2 hour time window, he called on his way to give me 20 minutes of warning he would be there soon. He made very reasonable recommendations for the work to be accomplished, was able to repair it within an hour at my home, and was very upfront and honest about his suggestions to repair or replace should his inspection have gone a certain way. He was friendly and easy-going, and even cleaned my floors before he left! I'd recommend them to others for sure and will be using them again in the future.

I was completely satisfied and the price was fair. They showed up on time and completed the work the same day. I am impressed with the system.

The technician arrived shortly after I phoned on a weekend. He was professional and took time to explain the problems the washer was having and what could be done to fix them. There was a $20 service charge which was applied toward the repair charge. There was no additional fee for weekend or same day service. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Technician found the problem immediately, which was a leaking seal in the ice maker. Self-contained unit which was not possible to repair. Replaced entire ice maker unit with a new unit. Which he had in his truck. One hour to do the work.

The serviceman came within a few hours of our call. The refrigerator was not working and the freezer compartment had completely defrosted. He fixed the problem but did not offer or leave behind the parts he replaced. Within 24 hours, the problem reoccurred, and he had to return to replace some wiring which had subsequently shorted out and prevented the fan motor from running. He did not charge for the return visit and came back at short notice. On future visits, I would ask to be given the parts replaced to ensure that the correct parts were replaced.

I HAD AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS REPAIR COMPANY. THE REPAIR MAN WAS SO NICE AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN FIXING MY APPLIANCES.

I CALLED TO SEE IF IT WAS WORTH HAVING SOMEONE COME TO TAKE A LOOK AT MY FRIG, BEFORE I BOUGHT A NEW ONE. HE SOUND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SO I FIGURED IT WOULDN'T HURT TO HAVE THEM COME OUT. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND FIXED IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE.

FAST, EFFICIENT. I THOUGHT I NEEDED A HEATING ELEMENT, SO I WAS SURPRISE TO FIND IT COST LESS.

SAME DAY SERVICE. OUR AIR CONDITIONER WAS BLOWING OUT AIR, BUT IT WAS NOT COOLING THE HOUSE. THEIR SERVICEMAN CAME PROMPTLY AND WAS ABLE TO REPLACE IT ON THE SAME DAY.
