Description of Work: Watchlight/Alarm Relay was easy to work with and their pricing is excellent. I have been with them over a year and renewed my alarm monitoring without reservation. I have experience in alarm systems and didn't need help with the system I installed so I cannot comment on how they would perform for a novice. For someone looking for low cost reliable monitoring this is a good choice.

That was really a good deal. He was here for two and a half hours and only charged me $125. He did a good job and it's working. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. There was no hesitation or guessing. He was great. You want someone who's a professional to do that type of work. He was great, all the way through.

They have been very professional with testing, making changes and dealing with accidental triggers. Last year I had a problem and they responded promptly, solved the problem and performed some additional programing. That cost $120 for the house visit, just about what I expected.
Description of Work: This is my annual fee for entry, fire and medical / panic monitoring.
